I got charged for a full week to stay at a motel that called me and CANCELLED THE RESERVATION! They called me and last minute said sorry we do not have any rooms. The. Charged my card!? Wtf?! I am going to the news because that is theft! This property is lying about calling me to cancel and they stole all the money I had $421 on my credit card and the only card I have they left me in a really bad spot! Please someone help me I don’t know what to do I have proof of cancellation but yet nobody is helping me!

when we left we discovered the smoke alarm in a bottom drawer of a dresser. The phone was broken so we could not report smoke in room or the toilet paper need in the nighttime, I am undergoing chemo and was unable to breathe well

Non smoking rooms still smell like pure smoke.

The property was clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. Full available kitchen. But a few downsides, no coffee maker no available soap. The bathroom shower was rusted had a hard time turning on the shower nozzle and the water kept dripping even after being completely turned off. Definitely could use an upgrade at least in the bathroom area. My only real down problem was nowhere to do a early checkout the front office was gated up no Dropbox so practically had to wait till 9:00 which there was nobody there I waited till about 9:15 still nobody in the office. One of the ladies came in at around that time and I asked her even she looked and there was nowhere to do a drop off so she took my key and was going to check me out. Needed to leave by 8:00 but thank goodness it wasn't an emergency concern. For $100 deposit and the price of the room it could have been better.

Location Everything except location. Very awful experience and one of the night attendants was so rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how she has a job in hospitality.

the front desk clerk was an angel she waved the deposit for my husband myself and our 4-year-old daughter we are homeless and we had all our money in the reservation for the hotel she made our night
