Knights Inn Jacksonville at Dix Ellis Trail

We always enjoy our time at Knights Inn in Jacksonville Florida. The people are very nice and quick to address any issues we might have. The only thing I would change is the hours the pool is open. It would also be nice if the pool could be reopened after a rain currently it is locked once it rains and that's it even after the sun comes out which is frustrating and disappointing. We stay in a wheelchair accessible room due to my mobility issues and the roll in shower is wonderful I feel safe with multiple grab bars and a handicap toilet. Housekeeping is wonderful always helpful and polite. Thanks for letting us stay with you.

Value Dirty linen dirty room

Holes in the floor smelt of stale smoke even in a no smoking room .mold on the curtains the bathroom was super sketchy.then they tried to say your not allowed visitors or you get kicked out without a refund I told him watch cameras and he told me he didn't need to well in reality he did need to..but he would look very unprofessional to be proven wrong then booked the next day with same amount of ppl and my kids come to the room with there dog to get some food and the guy gave us 5 min to get out cause again your not allowed visitors

might want to do away with the carpets in rooms, gives a musty smell rug in room, hole in the curtains, bathroom mold

A/C effective but terribly noisy -- loud enough to wake the dead. Room condition was poor -- broken door, hole in a wall, and a deteriorating bathroom. Bed sheets wrong size -- too small.

Easy check-in, clean room, quiet and safe area. I will stay there again.

Rooms stink tv sucks no towels no water pressure and they raised the nightly rate on the fly because they got busy all of a sudden

Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra.

It was decent area/price. Knew it wasn’t going to be the Hilton considering the price but I draw the line at bed bugs. Was woken up at 4:00am to bed bugs/bites all over me, my daughter, and my husband. Went to the front desk and was told “There’s nothing I can do except give you another room”. Moved to it haven’t touched the bed but it has bed bug shells/evidence that they had been there. Will not stay again !

Nothing The sheets had stains. The beds didn't have a fitted sheet and the mattress was disgusting. I immediately went to the front to get a refund. I wasn't going to sleep on that. It AMAZES me that they expect people to be okay paying for that.
