the guy working was great and did what he could. the building needs attention and we couldn’t even get a key for the door. ridiculous. i only rated the three because it wasn’t the fault of the front desk or employees that can do anything about it. what a terrible position to make a desk person deal with. do better.

They cancelled my reservation without any notice, and the staff were very rude—they told me it wasn't their problem. After driving for 16 hours, I had to scramble to find a place to stay at midnight so my family and I could get some rest; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had

Horrible house keeping and never got new towels or toilet paper, had go get some, asked for towels told they would bring them up to our room and never did, Expedia charged me more for the rooms than what the actual hotel would have changed me. The rooms had no trash can in them or any normal hotel things, lots of stuff in the rooms where broke or missing

-there was no bath towel/ only one light in the room/ missing iron/ no save deposit box/no were to put the clothes/ Roaches crawling around/ no trash cans and no utensils in kitchen, and there was no telephone to communicate with front desk and the television was not working properly.Noticed trash including cigarette but on stairs and common areas leading to the room..!

Property was clean and room the entire staff was amazing as well as my stay

This is by far the WORST "hotel" I've encountered. The rooms look NOTHING like the images advertised so don't waste your money. The area is sketchy and the building is tucked in behind, what used to be another extended stay from the same chain. I checked in without seeing the room and wasnt there an hr before checking out. I booked 2 nights and I'm still waiting for the manager to get back in touch with hotels.com to issue a refund. I had to book additional rooms elsewhere for the 2 nights I would've stayed here. I'll never go back and now I’m hesitant to book a room with other places because of this experience alone.

Their rooms were not clean. They advertise these beautiful rooms this beautiful property and when you get there, it’s nothing like the pictures nothing.

We dd not get the beds we payed for and no garbage can or tv remote and nothing in kitchen lights did not work. Could not use pool. Probably the worst place I have been.

Worst hotel ever!!!!, it looks like a junky house, kitchenette was non usable no dishes cabinets were broken bathroom was disgusting dirty remote control was taped with blue paint tape tv black and white my room number was 275 the smell of urine and dirtiness in the halls and stairs were disgusting we automatically left and booked somewhere else. NEVER BOOK HERE

There are no trash cans in the room, and the hallways are dirty. The shower does not work properly. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place, it’s okay, but if you’re looking for quality, this is not the place for you.

Because they had bad roaches can they wasn’t trying to move me to a different room.
