SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Baymeadows

Superb

My stay initially started off rocky. I'm not sure if the front desk staff was new; however, it took her literally 30 minutes to check me in after getting assistance. It seemed as if it was something so small, then she laughed and said "oh my bad". Other than that, the rooms were nice and I slept well.

Only issue was a foul oder like weed coming from someones room. Luckily it did not last very long and the staff came up to the floor to check around. In the end it was all good!

Clean rooms more often

Clean

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel and the location was decent.

Superb

Staff is super nice. But beds are too soft. And AC is a tad loud. So not my favorite place.

It looks OK but the carpet doesn’t look like they clean that good or somehow it doesn’t look like vacuum that good

Breakfast was very good.

Great staff, great pool. Rooms were fair for the price. I'd stay there again.

The uncleanliness of the sheets! The advertisement of the trundle bed and the actual nothing as it seems, not as advertised.

Customer service was beautiful! The uncleanliness of the sheets! The advertisement of the trundle bed and the actual nothing as it seems, not as advertised.

The rooms were a nice size and spacious. And the hotel was in a perfect location from stores and the main highway. The room wasn't ready upon arrival. And they ran out of room keys, on entering my room the sheets were dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean. I called down and requested wash clothes and towels they told me they ran out and would send some up later but never arrived. I tried to speak with the front desk and was told it was nothing they could do at the moment. I stayed there for a week and my room only got cleaned once the whole stay. I had to go out and buy my own wash clothes and towels because the staff never replenished them.

La chambre est très grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Très spacieux pour une famille de 5 adultes .

Exceptional

Exceptional

Room was spacious and very clean . Pool was clean and area was well maintained

The staff were great! At breakfast time they only had pork sausage available. I asked the kitchen staff for turkey sausage and they kindly accommodated my request. I appreciate them going above and beyond!

I liked there was great food around but also it wasn’t a very far drive to do anything!!
