SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Baymeadows

This location provide again while this is my hotel of choice when needing a room away from home. From the uniform layout of the room no matter what location, to having breakfast options that I can also enjoy as a vegetarian, I appreciate the consistency and knowing ahead of time what I will get. The beds always provide comforting sleep and I appreciate the two television room concept. My only issue was I requested an accessible room this time since my mom came with her Rolator. The room was accessible and the shower served as needed, however my assumption was the room would be on the first floor as an accessible room, knowing that in the event of emergency, getting downstairs would have to be done without use of the elevator. I shared this and my concerns with the clerk but no understanding of what I said was apparent. I will still return, however definitely ask more questions ahead of time.

Room was dusty and carpets were not clean. Sheets were not clean and missing. Clogged sink and bathroom was not dirty. Breakfast kitchen was very dirty and items were very limited and did not feel fresh. Overall very bad experience.

Everything was good except the room service. Not good

Our room had random long hairs all over it. Clearly not ours. Wasn’t cleaned well, breakfast was also disappointing. Very long wait to check in with only 1 person ahead of us. They also said our reservation with linked to someone else’s.. we were traveling alone and definitely didn’t have it linked to anyone else.

Front desk staff was very professional checking in and out.

Go elsewhere. Service was awful

Love everything about the property! The convenience of being close to the highway, restaurants, & stores is a plus! The limited parking availability.

My stay at SpringHill Suites in Jacksonville was extraordinary, especially because of the staff at the front desk. They truly went out of their way to make my stay a memorable one. They were personable, friendly and helpful in every way. I also really liked the room layout and lighting. The room had a couch and desk area somewhat separate from the sleeping area. I was working while I was there so I appreciated the professional setup of the office/livingroom area and later when my family members and I were spending time in the room, the separation made it feel more like we were gathered in a living room than a hotel room. The dispensers for conditioner and body wash were low so I had to work hard to get enough product for my hair. While it was quiet at night, I did hear others in the hallways during the day.

Full bar in the afternoons and a nice breakfast included in the morning. Always on a time. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness, location and very friendly staff especially front desk staff. Can't think of anything.

Staff went above and beyond, from check in to check out. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job. Breakfast attendant was super friendly and breakfast was awesome!!

Great location safe feeling, super clean and comfortable rooms

My only con is i feel like the room air was set on a timer of some sort. The room never got cold, for someone who is hot natured it wasn’t good..The breakfast was good and the staff was amazing.
