Customer service was beautiful! The uncleanliness of the sheets! The advertisement of the trundle bed and the actual nothing as it seems, not as advertised.

The rooms were a nice size and spacious. And the hotel was in a perfect location from stores and the main highway. The room wasn't ready upon arrival. And they ran out of room keys, on entering my room the sheets were dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean. I called down and requested wash clothes and towels they told me they ran out and would send some up later but never arrived. I tried to speak with the front desk and was told it was nothing they could do at the moment. I stayed there for a week and my room only got cleaned once the whole stay. I had to go out and buy my own wash clothes and towels because the staff never replenished them.

The staff were great! At breakfast time they only had pork sausage available. I asked the kitchen staff for turkey sausage and they kindly accommodated my request. I appreciate them going above and beyond!

I liked there was great food around but also it wasn’t a very far drive to do anything!!

This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever been to. The room was beyond filthy with hair and dirt covering the shower. Also, the hotel rented out the lobby for a party and it was extremely loud for hours and hours! This hotel doesn’t have the space for events such as a large birthday party and you practically had to crawl on top of people just to get to your room. The maintenance staff talked so loud in the hallway I essentially had to turn my TV all the way up as well as put on subtitles to watch anything, and the cleaning lady blasted music on theReceived the run around from staff regarding my accommodations for being placed a disgusting room

When we checked in the elevator had trash all over the floor. The room was decent but could use some updates. Grout around the tub was gross.

Room needs an update and the bathroom needs cleaned properly. Found finger prints and boogie on the bathroom wall. And toilet paper holder was broken

This location provide again while this is my hotel of choice when needing a room away from home. From the uniform layout of the room no matter what location, to having breakfast options that I can also enjoy as a vegetarian, I appreciate the consistency and knowing ahead of time what I will get. The beds always provide comforting sleep and I appreciate the two television room concept. My only issue was I requested an accessible room this time since my mom came with her Rolator. The room was accessible and the shower served as needed, however my assumption was the room would be on the first floor as an accessible room, knowing that in the event of emergency, getting downstairs would have to be done without use of the elevator. I shared this and my concerns with the clerk but no understanding of what I said was apparent. I will still return, however definitely ask more questions ahead of time.
