Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - South

Room door was dead, room should have been on DNR list. Room was sweating, floor wet, bathroom ceiling wet with mildew. Needing humidifier. Wasn’t compensated with better room

I had no AC in the room the AC room that I was there in 307, leaked and flooded the room. I called management three times. No one came to help me. Room was filthy sheets were not changed management unable and not willing to help me in any way shape or form. Everything I hated everything

The staff was nice. They tried to accommodate as best as possible due to conditions of the property. I had to switch rooms 4 times. The cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. The hotel is run down to the point that every room needed remodeling. The room I had was so musty I almost left due to it. I will not be going back to this location. Like I said before the staff were nice. It's the property that is complete garbage they need a remodel bad. There was no hot water for 4 days that I was there.

Nothing. No refrigerator, no lights in my bathroom I had to buy a broom and mop to clean my own room. Very unconcerned staff. Roaches.oh and the TV screen was cracked.

The location was good. Dollar Tree and Walmart market in the area. Full size refrigerator. Good WiFi. Trash on the stairs and in the parking lot. No coffee in the lobby. I had to ask for a TV remote. They handed me a universal remote that I had to program. The microwave needs replaced. It took 5 minutes to cook a burrito that normally takes 2 and a half minutes. The stovetop didn't have the knobs so it was unusable.

Sadly, no hot water for most of my time at this hotel and as it was partially a weekend staff said there was nothing they could do. When the same problem happened on Monday afternoon I was told maintenance people go home at 4 and as it was 4:30 there was nothing they could do. Got some tepid water on second morning, then some hot water on my last morning, but otherwise no hot water for my whole stay. And infested with cockroaches. Staff appeared to be out poisoning for the roaches, but they were still plentiful. Overall, the physical side of the facility was also poor, extractor vents hanging down, doors and walls well chipped and generally very dirty.

There were roaches. No hot water.

They booked my room that I had a reservation for and sold out by a hotel so I had to find another hotel at 2:00 in the morning. No apologies,no nothing. Cost me an arm and a leg.
