The property is convenient to major highways. The floors were were clean. There are many eating places in the area. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioner unit was very noisy. The breakfast area was not well maintained. After two days my key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk for them to fix it.

Room was clean and size was ok. My issue was the internet was down the night I stayed there.

Room was clean. The breakfast was very poor and not for a whole hotel of people. Coffee was empty from both carafes. My wife asked about the waffle mix since the machine was taken apart. The woman replied its 8:40 and breakfast ends at 9 so it's done already. So if you want a waffle get there early. Probably wouldn't stay again

Close to airport but shuttle only runs once an hour. A bit noisy too.

The shuttle driver to and from the airport was extremely excellent. The air conditioning system in the room was excellent, but the drainage for the tub in the room was terrible! When you shower, the water did not go down, so you had to shower in dirty water or turn the water off and wait for it to go down.

I want my money back! The hotel had a urine smells upon arrival. The room was not clean. I did not sleep in the sheets. The tv did not work. The toiletries were empty. I would have stayed at the airport. On the ground floor level the custodian area was wide open. How do I get my money back. The front desk people were overwhelmed. However I was able to depend on the Quality inn shuttle back to the airport.

Location and staff was on point.

The property is very dated. It served its purpose for a one night need, but not for a long stay. Location seemed a little sketchy too. But the staff was very nice and the shuttle to and from JFK was a great perk.
-
The room was clean and perfectly cool (during the heatwave). The staff were courteous and the shuttle driver was incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Our room was awful. The TV did not work and we could not shut it off because the batteries in the remote were no good. I asked the person at the front desk for new batteries but they never came so we had a TV with a white screen on all night. The blinds in the room had broken pieces and the bed was absolutely terrible.
-
Toilet was blocked and kept backing up big leaks around the sink taps
-
Hair dryer is not working but the room is clean and the AC is excellent

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

I have never written a hotel review before; however, I feel compelled to share our experience as this was the worst hotel experience we have had. We have traveled extensively and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. We chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle for our short overnight stay. What the hotel does not make clear is that the shuttle only runs at the top of each hour. If you miss it, you are left waiting for up to an hour, which defeats much of the convenience it promises. In addition, our room had no hot water, the television did not work, and the overall condition of the facilities appeared poorly maintained. We were placed in a room that was right off the dining area. Throughout the night, there was constant loud noises, including yelling and repeated banging coming from outside our room. The walls and doors were so thin that it was impossible to sleep. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport. When we expressed our concerns to the staff, we were left with no resolution and no response from management. Overall, this was the worst hotel experiences we have had. Stay somewhere else.

People trying to open the door to my room throughout the night and early morning.

Stay there a month ago. Good experience. So when traveling with my 18 yo grand I expected same. Unfortunately NOT- our toilet wasn’t working. They said they had no one to fix it but would give us a plunger. I don’t pay to do plumbing. I said if you can deliver it I was told no. AND the hotel was fully booked so no move possible. Since there was tissue in the toilet when we got there and their attitude I suspect they knew. Either the housekeeper saw when she made up the room OR they gave it to another guest who complained and got the working room. I was told when I called at night they would compensate me- doesn’t give USA working toilet. So in the morning when checking out, I asked and was told they let Hotels.com know. NEVER AGAIN!

I had this reservation for over a month. There were Midwestern storms which delayed my flight past midnight. Even though I had a reservation with a confirmation and insurance, they said that their rooms were full, and I had to go somewhere else. The shuttle was also no longer working after midnight so I had to pay for an Uber to get there. Then I had to find a hotel at 1 AM that would take me for an early morning flight to Italy. They were so rude at the front desk. I cannot even imagine how they even have jobs except that people wanna stay near JFK before an overnight flight. They were not helpful. They were rude. They were sinisterly, smiling when they told me I no longer had a room at 1 AM. They offered no suggestions from anywhere else to go. It was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn’t want to be treated in the rudest fashion imaginable.
