After getting off a 10-hour flight, this modern US hotel was a godsend! Loved the up-to-date US bathroom; the hotel was clean and well-run.

Good hotel shuttle from the airport and dropped off at terminal which was lovely. Clean comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. The disposable cutlery and crockery for breakfast.

Taxi to the cruise terminal was booked at the hotel and an $80 fare was quoted. The diver asked for $100 and also request a tip!

I didn’t love the street it was located on, but it was very close to the airport The number of elevators all with a different use was confusing

Clean and convenient. Not too expensive for JfK. Easy shuttle. The area around them is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is not at all. It is nice.

It’s very close to the JFK so I didn’t have to wake up extremely earlier to get to my flight, that’s why I stayed there. It’s just a hotel to sleep, no pool or jacuzzi, no breakfast exception for people that have early flight

Very impressed with the hotel. Clean and bright. Helpful staff who paid for an uber when their shuttle was overbooked. Only gripe is there were no on site eating venues. Although we had no problem getting a takeaway delivered to the hotel at the hotel’s suggestion.

Helpful staff very comfortable room. Very grateful for early check-in and late check out.
