Noisy.

My favorite hotel to stay at whenever I stay in New York, which is often best location best breakfast staff is great all around. Wonderful nice place right in the heart of South Jamaica.

I did not like that. The Grooms were downstairs and below street level…. There were no amenities other than breakfast being included, which was very good. There are not that many food or restaurant options.

We loved the convenience of the shuttle service to JFK. The manager was extremely helpful and cordial. We also loved that a scale was available to weigh our luggage before we went to the airport. What a thoughtful amenity to offer!

Airport shuttle, good breakfast and the facilities clean.

Clean room and toilet. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Decent breakfast. Shuttle service was good. There was a smell in the room as it was not used for sometime. AC did make some noise.

Staff was great - very welcoming and friendly. Convenient to JFK. Airport shuttle on the hour. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was decent except hot options limited. Room was very small which was fine for one or two.

The accommodation, location and staff are spot on. One slight negative thing I would like to point out but not discredit the hotel staff for is at 5:00am we got the shuttle bus from outside told the driver our terminal and then he just drove past it! Then said we should've told him when to stop, he knew our terminal!! So obviously be weary if you don't know the airport well but get the shuttle bus.

It is nearby JFK Airport so convenient if flights are canceled or an overnight stay is needed. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff is outstanding. I have no complaints or disappointments whatsoever.

Rooms very basic run down Did not feel very clean

Cleanliness and comfortable bed and pillows. We were given 2 double beds even when I booked a king bed. We arrived at 1:00 am for a long haul trip, and were so tired, and so me and my husband just settled to sleep in 2 separate beds. I still informed the reception about this, and we were asked to wait to be transferred to another room, but we were so tired already and just stayed. I expected that when we checked in, we'll be informed that a king room is not available. But nothing like that happened.

Very good location nearJFK airport . Although hotel do not have restaurants facility this is minus but Although hotels do not have restaurants facilities, this is a minor drawback. However, surfing is a great alternative. ma

Shuttle great, staff friendly All good

bit musky and refrigerator was not working properly. Staff were helpful, cooperative and changed our room ensuring we were comfortable and our needs met.

Beds were comfortable not much interaction with the staff ate the complimentary breakfast provided which was normal hotel food! did take the shuttle to return the airport for the next flight in the morning the shuttle driver was very nice and engaged in conversation Shuttle stops running at 12 midnight was at the pick- point at 11:45 pm was told had to take a Uber. Shuttle was done for the night I was not happy

Close to the aiport, affordable location, shuttle pick up and drop off are easily booked and convenient.

Close to airport. Just an overnight. No restaurants close

It was the perfect hotel to stay at when leaving from jfk the next day. I would stay again.
