Can’t believe this hotel only provides one free bottled water for the entire booking of 7 days.

The location of the hotel is wonderful: near a picturesque walkway and a great view of NYC, right on the Path, and central to restaurants, cafés, shops. The staff was kind and friendly, including the hardworking cleaning staff. I'll be honest and say that the toilet paper was of abysmal quality. For over $400/night, it would be great to have certain comforts, and that's a pretty essential one. The beds were not particularly comfortable, but ample pillows were provided. The gym was tiny, as was the pool. It would be a lovely touch to greet tired travelers with fresh fruit or cookies, or to provide an option for breakfast to be included.

Exceptional

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. The location was still the primay reason why chose it. Like before everything was convenient, we noticed more resturants and stores opened nearby. The price has certainly went up a lot since a few years ago. We got a deal price but one of the rooms was a bit smaller than we expected.

Clean and great location Had emergency and had to check out after 1 night . Would not refund the other night

I drove 13 hrs and had reservations and a confirmation from Expedia and the hotel. Upon arriving the hotel was not accommodating to me or the Expedia staff. After a 13 hr drive another hotel accommodated us with a room until the reservation could be figured out. Very unhelpful.

Loved the location, staff was knowledgeable and caring, we were surprised to have our room made when we returned and fresh towels anew. Cleaning persons were very caring! Room had uneven floors, bed was kinda comfy, but mattress felt a bit sagging on one end.

Very outdated, tons of noise from the outside, you could hear music at night as well.

Location People are polite but not close

good location, right next to the path station. The double queen room i stayed in even had a small private balcony which was surprising. otherwise quite standard 3 and no particular comment. Will consider coming back next time

Across from the mall

We paid close to 400$ for our stay, there was no toothpaste or q tips available in the room and had a few homeless people in the front of the building.

The location Not worth the money I paid

Spacious room, easy parking, next to dining, shopping and path train. Great location to explore

Great option if you want to avoid having to drive into the city. The hotel is next door to the PATH subway so literally two stops in you're in Manhattan. Hotel is well-kept, rooms are nice and spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful, and it has a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. All around great choice.
