All the amenities especially the pool and jacuzzi and so clean I loved everything

The hotel is very well maintained, with excellent housekeeping and top-notch facilities. The food was delicious, and the staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Can be a bigger campus

Parking is expensive however the whole area is like that when it comes to parking, no breakfast is included in the stay but lot of nearby options that can be purchased

The room was very spacious, and moving from the 2nd to the 7th floor made a huge, positive difference. The bedsheets and pillows were perfectly clean, and the bathroom was quite decent. After leaving a tip, the housekeeping staff did a very good job. A huge plus was the washer and dryer located next to the pool area—it was incredibly useful for us! There is also a nice little courtyard for cigarette breaks. The surrounding area is absolutely phenomenal, safe, and beautiful. The subway station is right next to the hotel, and there is a shopping mall and grocery stores right across the street. Even though the hotel doesn't have its own garage, they use a public one that is brilliantly managed, feels like it's part of the hotel, and is very affordable for this location The beds were only average, but the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the floor and furniture. The floor in the room was physically uneven, and the carpet and extra sofa were catastrophically dirty. Walking just two steps in white socks made them completely black. Additionally, the price was way too high. Even considering the phenomenal location and the fact that it's just one subway stop away from the Oculus, the rate was still overpriced for the quality provided.

Amazing location and very convenient for getting into Manhattan. The surrounding area was one of the highlights of the stay. The room itself could have been cleaner and had an odour, and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. We were also surprised there was no complimentary coffee available in the lobby. The biggest area for improvement would be the staff, who were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the location is excellent, but the hotel experience itself was just average.

Location. Asking to be moved as the staff couldn't another guest to stop their dog from barking all day, and getting charged for it without my knowledge.

Excellent location for our stay. I had fun exploring the area. Never did make it to manhattan this time. But no big loss. Jersey city was quiet, safe and enjoyable.

The hotel also has a PATH train right next to it. This is so convenient for going into NYC.

The room and hotel were tidy and clean but we had put a memo in our booking that should there be feathered or goose down pillows that they please be removed as my wife is highly allergic. When we entered the room and began to unpack my wife felt ill. I checked the pillows and they were feathered. We called the operator and requested the pillows be removed and if there were alternate pillows available. We told them my wife is allergic. They advised us only two of the pillows were feathered and the other two were foam, but they were not. We had to remove the pillows into the hallway as my wife's face and eyes became swollen. We placed a call again for new pillows and told staff her eyes were swelling. They apologized and then after the second call they brought cotton pillows. Please advise staff to check the memos.
