Wonderful! Would stay again!

Our family stayed here while visiting New York City, and it was a very pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with the PATH station within walking distance, making it easy to get into Manhattan. Free parking was a big plus, and we really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our car there even after checking out on our last day. The staff was accommodating, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting New York City, especially if you are driving.

Check in was easy. It is a very small place. Room is tight. Both beds are up against walls. Not the worst. Just hard to get out of in the middle of the night. The place was very clean. The ice maker is on the 3rd floor. Continental breakfast was average. But the space for breakfast was so small that it just wasn’t worth it for us to fight the crowd for a pastry or wait in a line for a waffle. The mall wasn’t terribly far away. The PATH train was a little bit of a walk as well, but not horrible. It’s was definitely nice to have a place to park. Staff was helpful when I had questions about getting to New York.

Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and modern, providing a cozy and peaceful retreat after long days of sightseeing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Location-wise, it is an absolute winner—offering convenient access to local dining and transit without any of the chaotic noise, making it a stress-free base for exploring with kids. Great value, wonderful hospitality, and an overall seamless stay for all of us. We would gladly return and highly recommend The Holland Hotel to any families visiting the area!

Location. It was close to the places we wanted to go in the area. A bonus was that it was a short, safe walk to the Newport Centre mall which was a great place walk, shop and dine indoors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The elevator was working and the continental breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh. Will definitely come back when coming to NYC.

The bathroom had an inch tall step up that caused some tripping incidents, particularly for my elderly mother. Overall, the location is great, all of thr staff were kind and helpful, the parking was convenient, and I would stay here again if I'm back in Jersey!

Accessible to NYC by train, with a free breakfast and parking. ❤️

It was very convenient. It provided easy access to public transportation, shopping and dining. There was some construction going on during the day. I understand that it’s necessary to complete updates and remain open. It did not interfere with our stay.

Highlights of this property are the location if you need to be visiting Hoboken or Jersey City with a car. Parking is included. Breakfast selection is pretty good. They have been updating the property, new lobby, elevator, but hallway work still ongoing. As name notes you're adjacent to Holland Tunnel, convenient if needed. You will get some noise etc as its a busy connection into NYC.
