Holland Hotel Free Parking Jersey City

Location is the best...walkable to a large mall and cinema.

The property was generally okay but nothing memorable.

Everything is Excellent. We will use them again.

I found our room kind of humid after our first day, the ac unit was kind of old so it took awhile for the room to cool down. The doors weren't too soundproof so you can hear everyone walking through the halls as if you were right beside them, though it wasn't too much of a dealbreaker for me. There were a few drain flies in our shower, hence the 4*, thankfully there weren't more that popped up after. Breakfast was mostly pastries, waffles and cereal/oats, there was a decent selection for everyone, plenty of items available if you woke up late too. Staff were very nice to us and were welcoming!

A special shoutout to Quentin at the front desk! I really enjoyed chatting with him during my stay. Remember: "Nothing stops Manhattan!". The cleaning staff was quite loud in the mornings between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Since my room was near the laundry area, this was particularly noticeable. While I understand they were just doing their job, the loud chatting and gossiping made it hard to sleep in. It would be helpful if the hotel warned guests about potential morning noise in rooms near service areas so those who mind noise can request a different location.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff on check-in. They were pleasant and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay right outside the city.
