Spacious and good location The check-in process could have been better

Breakfast was VERY poor .. Nothing was available except Bread

The room was comfortable The hotel parking lot was full. Arriving at night and having to park in a dark ally full of garbage was NOT ideal especially when traveling with two visually impaired children.

Breakfast, cleaning staff, Leo was great. Every time I needed something then staff was right on it. The walls in the room were dirty, the people next door were SO loud.

Breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold items. All staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Convenient location for Uber pickup/dropoff and close to other points of interest. Nothing comes to mind.

Spacious room with daily cleaning service The reception staff was not welcoming at all, everyone else was nice and friendly. The location could be an issue during weekends at least while our stay there was no frequent trains or we had to get down to more distant stops .

The noise level in the room was so bad that it was impossible to sleep. There was a whirling noise from the wall and even the furniture vibrated. There was no staff at night to help out. I will not be staying there again!

We booked for a one night as we were set to get on a cruise the following morning. Our ship had a significant delay so we requested a late check out. They were very accommodating we were able to check out at 2 pm. Nothing.
