Grabbed a room here last minute & checked in late . Room was clean & bed was comfortable. The staff was so awesome, friendly & accommodating. Great location just outside the Holland tunnel too.

day 2 room was cleaned but no towels in the room. Day 3 room was clean and had all the towels but no face towels. The front desk was great as well as the valet parking service.

Overall, the room was barely bearable. Between the poorly maintained amenities and the lack of attention to basic upkeep, it was far below what we expected. With a wedding to get to, this added unnecessary stress and negatively affected our stay. Clean, properly functioning amenities should be a basic standard. I was very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Valet parking very safe and convenient. Close by walk to stores, food and ferry/train station. WiFi not great but rooms very clean and yummy breakfast! Kind staff!

The only nice people were the valet parking guys There was trash left in room not picked up the customer service front desk man was rude my flight was canceled and they refused to help to return the money beware of prepaying
