Excellent rooms, staff and breakfast offerings

It was clean and the staff with friendly. We specifically requested housekeeping and never received it. I had to keep asking the front desk for things like towels and toilet paper. We had to take out our own trash.

Love the property The best location

Our family of five was in one room but we had to repeatedly ask for five towels every day. Front desk staff members weren’t as helpful as they could have been, nor as friendly.

Great breakfast, easy to park, easy to find and short drive to Manhattan or train station. Needed extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed and nightshift worker wasn't very helpful, no pillows and only a sheet and blanket was given. Which I paid for 2 guests to use the sofa bed. Should've had no issues.

This was not allowed when we checked into this location! My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything. When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me. Had to make an extra trip to the front desk for the sheets, only received one and again acted annoyed that I asked for the other one!

Tony the kid at front desk is very helpful and sweet. Sunny the supervisor, needs a refresher course in customer service. She is presumptuous, arrogant and very rude

Good for the price

We love this place to live.

Very noisy had people fighting and yelling in halls. Would stay there again.

It was a great surrounding environment and not too far from New York City. A good middle ground for accessing the city without being directly there.
