Quality Suites NYC Gateway

Quality is only in their name and absolutely no quality at all anywhere else, starting from the parking, entrance and the entire hotel. I recommend avoid this hotel if there is any other option. Don’t fall into this scam.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast was great.

Said they have a shuttle to new york and that why we choose this hotel and when arrive they said no shuttle avalaible. We lost time to find a plan b

Staff very polite and welcoming

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast was also extremely poor. On one of the mornings, there were not even any eggs available, and there were no protein options at all. The selection was very limited and not worth the extra money. I strongly recommend not paying extra for the breakfast. It is definitely not worth the additional cost. Overall, considering the condition of the room and the poor quality of the breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Breakfast could have more varieties

The place could use some upgrades like our bathroom tub, and a really good clean but overall it was ok. The breakfast could use more choices for children, but for what it was (some muffins, a few cereals and yogurts) it was ok.

Old mattress, not comfortable. The rest was matching the price I paid.

Good, however there was some odd smell felt in the room.

ROOM WAS CLEAN ONLY REASON WE STAYED BUT OUTSIDE WAS NASTY AND FELT UNSAFE WHEN WE ENTERED IT WAS NOTHINGLIKE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE BUT I DONT THINK I WILL COME BACK

Parking is ample. Location is good since we were watching a concert at MetLife stadium.

I definitely would have complained. I paid over $200 for a room they weren't comfortable in and didn't want to spend any time in. This is very unsatisfactory and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

It was a bad smell in the hall the rugs stinks so bad and the breaks fast they don’t put no eggs not sausages, only bread and waffles.little protein will be perfect if it wasn’t for the smell in the halls and the breakfast I would’ve give 5 stars

One of the worst one I have stay in.

It was helpful to have parking.

The staff was friendly, however; the property needs serious upgrades specially the cooling systems.

The power went off 2 times and every time we go out the key card doesn’t work

It was clean. There was nothing I really disliked.
