The staff are very accommodating and friendly, especially the front desk staff.

It was somewhat clean, however old. Furniture was scratched all over. Old bath.

There wasn't much to like about this place. It did have a laundry room that we were able to use. Breakfast was cold cereal or microwavable oatmeal. when we were there the power went out and we had to walk 5 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. The power went out again in the night. It was clean but very much in need of renovations. The tub didn't drain well. The staff was friendly enough. They do have a shuttle that would take you into New York for a small fee. Also, there is construction on the roads outside the hotel, so there is no easy in and out. Not the worst hotel, but I would pick another if I was ever in this area again.

Everything was fine . The bathroom needs updating.

The bathroom tub in our room was stained with old, dry, paint. The t.v. didn't work properly. The rooms were okay but need updates and better cleaning.

Very disappointing experience. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a kitchen and gym, but unfortunately, my stay was full of problems from the beginning. The room was visibly dirty. The floors looked like they had not been properly cleaned in months, the furniture was stained and looked filthy, and I even found someone else’s hair in the bedding. When I tried to use the kitchen—which was one of the MAIN reasons I chose this hotel—it did not work. The gym was also not fully functional, as some of the equipment was not working. I specifically chose this hotel based on the amenities it advertised, only to arrive and find that several of them were unavailable or not functioning properly. When I went to the front desk about the kitchen, I was told no one could look at it until the next day. I specifically needed the kitchen that night. Thankfully, I had brought a small cooking appliance of my own and managed to make it work. The following day, someone finally came and repaired the kitchen. The bathroom also had maintenance issues. The door locks were broken, as well as the area where the shower curtain is supposed to be secured. Breakfast was also disappointing. Yes, breakfast is offered, but there are practically no protein options—not even eggs. This is something guests should be aware of when considering the advertised breakfast. I paid for three nights. On my second night, lightning struck nearby an

The hotel is too old. Pictures shown at Expedia do not reflect the reality of the hotel

Overall my experience is really bad and poor. You will have terrible experience if you are who used to get up late in the morning and if any one else staying in your upper floor. Even they walk normally also, you will hear lots of sound. I dont recommend it at all.

The bathroom, especially the bathtub, was also not in great condition. There were stains and cracks on the tub and surrounding walls, and I noticed some black buildup on the shower walls that appeared to need additional cleaning or maintenance. Whether it requires a deeper clean or repainting, it made the bathroom feel less comfortable to use. Overall, the staff provided a positive experience, but the condition of the room and bathroom did not meet our expectations.

facility was excellent

My room was supposed to have A jacuzzi which it did. The only problem was that you could not use it because it was dirty and it looked like paint was coming out of the whole thing. Sad because I wanted to enjoy it and was not cm able too.
