Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service exceeded my expectations. Great location if you are doing NewYork site seeing, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great comfortable big room. Greatly recommended. There is a bus 2 blocks away that takes you into Manhattan in 20 minutes for $4 pp. that made it simple and cheap

I paid a $100 security deposit, and despite being assured that it would be refunded, I never received my money back. In addition, I was clearly told that luggage storage was free of charge, but I was later charged $20 without any valid explanation. A good hotel should be judged not only by its rooms but also by the honesty and professionalism of its staff. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly advise future guests to confirm all charges in writing before making any payment. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and I stayed there for a full week. Large clean room sofa bed okay does the job would recommend if looking for 2 separate sleeping spaces and spacious clean new rooms

Clean, well maintained! Room smelt amazing upon entering. Bed was comfortable The location The bathroom layout was very strange…you almost can’t open the door to the bathroom due to where the toilet sits

Clean, spacious rooms. Free gated garage parking. Cost effective shuttle service into Midtown NYC within walking distance of the hotel.

Also I could hear all kinds of noises from the next door be it snoring, talking, etc. The snoring was super annoying. The walls have no soundproof.
