The pool and the gym were nice to have and clean. The parking garage was secure and easy to access. Very disjointed lay out. You have to travel through creepy stairwells to get to rooms. Ice machine door was broken.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Though we asked for more towels and didn’t get any, the stay was good. Could use more shampoo/conditioner in the room from the beginning as our stay was long than 2 days.

Great cost benefit. Great option for Manhattan tourists not willing to pay overpriced in Manhattan area. There is shuttle available with decent price to Manhattan.

Front Desk staff were extremely helpful, and kind. Great location with easy access to NYC, with a jittney bus around the corner for only $4 dollars! I requested a different mattress for my bed on Sunday morning as I was leaving for the day, it was changed before I got back at 6pm. My only complaint was the carpets in the hallways , and my room could use a cleaning. Other than that I believe I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Nous avions une suite familiale, parfaite pour 5 personnes. Juste assez grand avec frigo et micro-ondes. Piscine et gym très bien et propre. Hotel propre en général. Le stationnement intérieur est parfait et garde la voiture en sécurité. Les lits sont confortables, faits chaque jours et serviettes remplacées. Accès facile au service de mini bus pour time square, à 2 minutes de marches. L’arrêt pour le retour est un peu plus loin, 5-10 minutes de marches. Plusieurs magasins, épicerie et resto accessibles en voiture en moins de 15 minutes. Pour les moins, la chambre avait une odeur de marijuanas à notre arrivée très désagréable, par chance elle n’est pas resté. La chambre a 2 unités de climatisation, mais seulement une fonctionnait. On n’a pas remis de papier toilette, nous avons du en demander à l’accueil. L’offre de déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur, quelque tables dans le lobby et un menu limitée et dispendieux..
