Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel

The location is great, walking distance to bus to NYC. The staff are friendly and great services.

Room was nice a spacious, clean Location was not the best

Overall happy with our stay, room was fine, gym was ok-as expected, location was ok, car is definitely needed but to get into Manhattan, you can get a bus from the Super8 motel for $4 cash. Staff were helpful, parking was good secure and included in the price so cant complain. We didnt get breakfast ao nor sure how that was. Beds were comfy but pillows were odd. Shower only has the main head shower, no hand held attachment which was a little frustrating.

More over my children are loved to live this hotel again Insha-Allah

Breakfast was freshly made and brought to the table since we reserved with the breakfast option.The bed was very comfortable. The king size suite was spacious and the room had all the amenities like a microwave, small regrigerator, 2 tv's & stand-up shower and bathtub. The views from the room were amazing! n/a

J’ai été à cet hôtel il y a 10 ans et j’étais de retour cette année encore une expérience parfaite le petit autobus JNT qui nous amène à port authority pour 4$ us est vraiment utile . Hotel calme et parfait pour le repos apres l’action constante de Manhattan .

Clean room, no nonsense. Water pressure was great. If you’re planning to check out breakfast, make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before it ends. We tried to check what was left 10 minutes before time, but unfortunately, it was already packed up.

Rooms were ok king bed was comfy, loved the shower at 9th floor , parking is indoor which is good. Buses/ shuttles are a climb uphill so might be an issue for older clients. Paid breakfast is hot and just cooked, though there's only 2 options which is combo omelette or combo scrambled eggs.

I loved the stay. The young man at the reception was very attentive and kind. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The mattress was good, and it was very quiet.
