Good location, near ALDI and shopping center. Public transport or shuttle bus to NewYork 20 minutes. Light breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, toast, jam) included. On the morning of our arrival they sent an email that our reservation has been cancelled due to Booking.com hasn't transferred the fee of our rooms. If we want to keep the reservation, we have to provide our credit card and pay the fee. It took several 2 telephone conversations with the hotel and the Booking.com to clarify the situation.

We stay really good. It was clean, the shower worked excellent ( good pressure) , TV, AC, nice staff. We love the shuttle service. We felt safe and definitely we recommend it. Thank you guys.

Close to New York. Very convenient shadow to manhattan We were housed on the property in a smaller building. Safe quiet and secure.

Good price, overally good Water was a little stinky (like mold smell) on the tap, and there was no other option at the lobby.

I complained to front desk and the next day late at night found a note in the door saying that my room was change I went to front feet saying about the note and they told me “while they were cleaning the tile broke so your room was change” I told her , that’s not true, tiles were broken since the first day. I asked her where are my luggage, oh I don’t know if they moved them or not … that’s was so unprofessional, I asked her to come with me and check , she refused I went to open the door and the key of the door was blocked I returned to front desk and told her, she was like “ oh I didn’t know they didn’t move your personal items “ I told her to help me move my things to the new room , she told me that they don’t provide that service but she could do it since I was very mad She came and help move my luggage to the new room Very humidity odor and breakfast very simple White toast and coffee.. small place and people stand waiting for the toaster to use , no place to seat . Never again

The room was very clean & spacious. Bathroom was small but clean as well. Location was easy to get to. Having the Easy Express Shuttle to NYC was so convenient, only issue was drop off. Location was not described clearly & we missed our stop & spent an extra hour on the ride to switch shuttles to get back to hotel. Chalk it up to lesson learned & we got to see a little more of Jeresy. Parking lot is a little tight, so I do not recommend taking larger vehicles.

The motel is convenient to the shuttle to New York. Price was comparatively reasonable to other hotels in the area. The neighborhood is a bit dicey, and there is no place to eat within walking distance.

The room was fine, with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and microwave provided. A shuttle bus to Manhattan, near Times Square, leaves from right outside the hotel about every 15 minutes. A one-way ticket costs $4, cash only. There is also an ATM at the hotel, which charges around $7–8. Free parking is available, and I was allowed to leave my car after check-out time. Overall, I had no real complaints.

The location is convenient for getting to Manhattan, and the hotel is next to a large supermarket, which is convenient. The place is noisy, located on a highway, and the rooms are relatively old and worn out. The reception staff is very strict, and in our case, was neither empathetic nor patient. When booking through Booking.com, the hotel required unreasonable amounts of money for security ($160 per room was placed on hold to secure the reservation, and an additional $100 deposit was actually charged - these are unreasonable amounts in my opinion), and it took a long time for these funds to be refunded to our account. The price was high compared to the value. The breakfast is very, very basic.
