Bathroom had very strong mold smell

On the plus side: Very convenient public transportation into Manhattan.

Room was nice and clean.

Hôtel situé en bordure d’autoroute. Deux parties : motel au bord de la route et hôtel accessible avec carte de chambre dans la colline. Section « hôtel » avec très grande chambre avec tapis. Toilette et douche très bruyantes, robinet du lavabo très puissant qui gigle en-dehors du lavabo! Mini-frigo et micro-ondes très propres. Les chambres de la section motel ont un bon espace entre le bas de la porte et l’extérieur… les insectes peuvent facilement y entrer… Navette pour Tome Square devant la réception de l’hôtel (4$ par personne en juillet 2026, ils donnent du change au besoin). Navette partagée avec les gens de la ville. Retour de la navette à environ 8 minutes de marche (secteur un peu délabré : déchets, bouteilles de bière cassés…). Déjeuner : pain, beurre, confiture de fraise, jus de pomme et d’orange, café.

This was a bad motel. Bad part of town. The front desk people were behind protective glass, bars in the room windows. The breakfast was literally only white bread to be toasted with only jelly. Don’t stay here. The shuttle to the city is the Express Bus (google if you don’t know)not a hotel shuttle.

The highlight is the shuttle to downtown NYC !!

Location was great, price was good. But we were not able to get hot water for our showers. The ice machine was not working on our floor. The breakfast was horrible : just bread with strawberry jam and disgusting coffee. Low your expectations.

Everything is good

I have gone into city and paid double at other places for less.. Not bad at all plus the shuttle is near by which helps travelling into. the city and don't have to worry about parking especially if you got a larger vehicle

Location and shuttle availability Should advertise the shuttle does not stop at the hotel on return. A 5 minute walk to get back at the end of the night

This was my 3rd year in a row, and I’ve never had any issues with my stay at this Super 8. It’s clean, well staffed, well maintained, and the shuttle service to and from Times Square is so easy and convenient! The staff is also welcoming and helpful.

Everything was good

Staff non courteous. No running water. Corridor lights ON. People making noise. Dirty rooms. Mosquitoes in rooms. Bad. Bad. Very Bad.
