Would've like to have cable Tv

Location was good Cleanliness is the main issue because washrooms are shared so it gets dirty pretty fast. Washroom is cleaned once a day so gets dirty pretty fast. We stayed for 3 days and would have expected our rooms to be cleaned once atleast but the property manager said they don’t clean rooms.

Code for external door not received from booking.com, given code verbally by staff at location 1, code did not work at location 2, fortunately got access when another guest arrived and opened door. After going out for food, we again were unable to gain entry, rang and emailed emergency contact, no response by phone or email. Again another guest gave us access. The next day there was still no response to our calls or emails, very disappointing.

The staff is very supportive and cooperative

Great location with a $4 bus ride into mid manhatten. Shared bathroom on each of the three levels which were always clean. There was a garage down the road which had a store to buy drinks and snacks. I wasn't too sure of the neighbourhood when I arrived, but it was safe and friendly people around who were happy to chat.

Quiet,self check in, close to ny Single bed for the price is steep. But the world is getting more expensive while our pay stays the same

False advertising. The property described is s not the property I booked. They sent me to a property 1/4 mile away with no parking available in a busy town. It’s more like a hostel with a private space. Be prepared to share a bathroom with 12 other rooms. Be prepared for no cable TV. Be prepared to stare at a toilet while you’re sitting at the refrigerator which is also your end table. If I knew I was booking the room I got not the switch and bait tactic they used, I would have had the choice to go somewhere else. They are not a legitimate property. See above.

İt is in the entrance of union city so its like 10 minutes from port authority bus Station and almost every bus goes there so it was incredibly easy to commute to the hotel. Also price is great as well. Room i stayed in has an ac unit but they didn't cover the sides properly so room was little cold and noise from street was kinda uncomfortable because of the improper coverage of the wall. İ stayed at the left room from the entrance. Also pictures from the hotel didn't exactly match either.

Location is very good. It is located in New Jersey just 10 min away from Manhattan and bus costs only $4 The building from the outside in the pictures is not the same

Location, price, convenience, neighborhood, cleanliness, easy of checkin The bed was uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful.. Room size and stuff to keep. AC made water rainfall noise.

Absolutely nothing I did not like anything about this hotel, I’m sorry but I was extremely disappointed.

Good location and convenient public transportation to NYC

It was a quick 10 min bus ride to Time Square. The room was clean. The wifi was so bad that it was practically non-existent. I ended up using data and personal hotspot or going to a gym to use their wifi. The keypad for the lock would freak out whenever I try to input the code so I couldn't get in. Once it even locked me out at 4 am after too many attempts (when I didn't even have the chance to put in the code because the keypad kept malfunctioning) ! I tried calling their emergency number but the CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WASN"T EVEN A REAL NUMBER. I tried emailing too, but it's been almost three days later, and I still haven't gotten a response from that either (and probably never will). Whenever I try messaging the host on Booking.com, she would take almost over a day to get back to me. Lastly, the sheets gave me a bunch of itchy rashes. I I had so many issues with staying here for 3 nights and no one who I could contact. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

Cheap. Parking permits given which really helped. On 3rd floor and no lift. Photo is not a representation of the room. Laminate floor so dilapidated I cut my foot. Dead bugs on the floor. Noisy neighbours with loud TV all night or lady vomiting in a shared bathroom. We couldn’t get out there quick enough. Sorry. Not a good stay.

Not clean, No hot water, noisy, not like in the picture Location

Nothing Everything, the bathroom is separate from your room and the bathroom is old and not clean. No AC available and the furniture is old. Not much of a hotel, more like a refugee building. I don’t recommend it at all, spend the extra $20-$30 to be comfortable and better quality.

I appreciated the self check in as I arrived late. They were also kind to provide me with a hairdryer on request. The room was quite small but i expected that. Room and bathroom were clean. Cannot open a window in the room. There is only a very loud aircon. No kitchen, no kettle, cups or glasses, nothing basically. Kettle and coffee cups at least would be nice.
