The staff were responsive and the management is good. Overall, it`s a good experience, the price was higher than they mentioned (if booked in person or directly from them ) the price table was 75$ per day.

Really good location, only a few minutes away from bus stop. The room was nice had everything that I needed. They were very nice and helpful whenever I contacted them!

I had a room advertised as a spacious 17-square-meter room. But that wasn't the case at all, max 10. The room was very small, and there was no wardrobe or shelving to unpack my clothes. There was a microwave in the photo, but in reality, there wasn't one. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The window-integrated ventilation system has large gaps; consequently, when it is cold, a strong draft of cold air comes through. The location is pretty good; it's near a bus stop. The property markets itself as a hotel, but that is far from the case; it is just an ordinary hostel with private rooms. Very small. Gaps in the windows. It was very cold, and there was no extra blanket. No wardrobe or shelving.

- The 3307 Paradise Avenue branch of the hotel is very calm despite having excellent public transport connectivity to New York - Bus stop 30th St/Palisade Ave is in 3 minutes walking distance with many NJ Transit lines running towards/coming from Port Authority Terminal in New York (central Manhattan) through Lincoln Tunnel taking just 10 minutes, running every few minutes - Large comfortable bed - Clear access guide is emailed on the arrival day - Only one toilet cum shower per floor of ~10 rooms at 3307 Paradise Ave. branch , not always clean, very cramped on ground floor while sufficiently large on first floor - No reception at 3307 Paradise Avenue branch

Price, good connection to manhattan I got what I paid for.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my visit to the US Open, and the location was absolutely fantastic. It is incredibly convenient for transportation, being very close to New York and multiple bus stations. The cleanliness definitely needed some improvement. Additionally, the bathroom on the first floor was extremely small compared to the one on the second floor, and responses to messages were slow.

On the second day we went out for coffee. Early in the morning came back and our code to our room didn't work. It took us over 2 hours to get a customer service person on the phone to fix our code. And we were stuck outside in our pajamas. Communication.

Sitio recomendado para estancias en NYC, la habitación bien, con nevera y baño privado pequeño pero funcional, la única pega a la habitación es falta de armario pero por el resto y relación calidad precio indiscutible el mejor hotel económico y bueno, además a 1-2 minutos andando de la parada de bus que te deja prácticamente en Times Square.

absolute minimalist, as intended. As expected for shockingly low price. Only unmet expectation (didn't expect much!) was no hand towels or paper towels in the bathroom. Neighborhood shops and restaurants were very nice but mostly speak very little English.
