What disappointed me the most was that I was not allowed to use the swimming pool and hot tub, even though these facilities were clearly listed as amenities when I booked the hotel. This was one of the reasons I chose this property in the first place. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I was not satisfied with the way these issues were handled.

Overall good experience / problem the 10th time staying here. Rooms were clean but a bit dated. Restaurant not nearly as good as it used to be. Food and service need to improve.
-
Good location to get to and from Hoboken and into the city.

Very nice staff!

This property is ideally located and maintained with care, supported by a warm, professional staff dedicated to providing a clean and welcoming environment.

Great hotel.

Staff was excellent. Forgot the ladies name, but the receptionist that checked us in on July 12th, Sunday evening was very helpful. Our room had a slight stale/moth-ball smell to it, but nothing that warranted us to go through the hassle to switch rooms. Best part is that hotel is affordable and only one block away from bars, restaurants, and ferry that takes you straight to mid-town NYC.

The hotel is very well located, with excellent restaurants nearby, the hotel service is superb, and it has parking. What we liked most was the view of Manhattan at night.

Out date hotel, elevator not working most of day. Hotel is so dirty hallway lobby room. I paid parking on advance i didn’t have place to park i have to go cross street to other garage to paid 35 $ to park my car. They have lots off parking but they rent to semi truck in some time not care about hotel guests.

Nice location

The view of the Hudson River and the safe walk/jogging.

Loved the convenience of this hotel! You could not ask for better. It is literally a few steps from the ferry. Plus the staff were wonderful and the room was perfect! I can't wait to go back.
-
Hotel staff was great. Location was good as the ferrie that goes to Manhattan is right there. The view from there is nice. The pool temperature was good. The room was clean and bigger than i expected. The Hoboken neighborhood is really nice and is walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Great

Very disappointing customer service. I understand hotels have policies, but good customer service also requires flexibility. Despite explaining that both rooms were vacated shortly after check-in due to adverse weather conditions and unexpected travel changes and requesting a one-time courtesy or simply points credit, the hotel refused to offer any solution. The lack of willingness to work with loyal guests was disappointing. Rather than showing any flexibility or goodwill, the hotel strictly enforced its policy without considering the circumstances. We weren't expecting special treatment—just a reasonable one-time courtesy. Unfortunately, the response was rigid and lacked the level of customer care I would expect from a Sheraton property.

There’s a $40 parking fee not listed. Incidental fee is $150 and our ac in room 415 had frozen over and you could hear the ice melting all night. Only given 2 towels even though there was 4 of us and i paid the extra guest fee. Not worth the money at all.

We had a lovely stay, commuting to NYC was easy and the view of the hotel was spectacular.
-
It was an overnight stay, and we loved the room. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. The room itself was excellent, no one argued over the television, due to there being two in the room…lol! The only complaint were the elevators, the doors kept jamming and was quite nerve racking. It’s in a great location for eateries and access to the ferry. Will stay there on our next visit.

This was in a low traffic area, excellent location, next to the ferry.
