I booked a city view king bed room literally 2 hours after check in time the same day out of the blue, just to get away with my daughter & boy let me tell you, we were very comfortable. The view was amazing & honestly did not expect the room to be as spacious as it was… exceeded my expectations. My 8 year old was ecstatic since the hotel has an indoor pool so we definitely took advantage of that. We spent just one night but I’m impressed with how it went. Front desk was also very friendly & helpful.

All good
-
Bathroom door was broken and the room had no mini fridge
-
An excellent location on the river with on site parking, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and steps from the ferry to NYC.
-
bad bad experience!!!!!! never again staying here.

The staff were awesome, the hotel, restaurant and bar were great. The elevator issues were horrible. During our 3-day stay, only one of the two elevators worked most of the time which made for extremely long wait times, since the one operational elevator was always full. On our last day, neither elevator was working. We had to use the cargo/service elevator which was also always full. This is an absolutely unsatisfactory situation.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant No refrigerator in room

Good Location to the ferry !
-
Location was perfect for business at the Javits Center and the staff was wonderful. Rooms were a little dark and dated but overall spacious and comfortable, especially compared to what I would've gotten in NY for the same price.

The view Stale food on shelf

Due to some unanticipated little crisis I was downgraded in respect of my booking. I had a king size bed with city views. Downgraded to queen and city views and compensated with a breakfast I couldn’t take because restaurant opens at 6:30am but my ferry departs before 7am. I told them I couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast perk offset. They didn’t have any alternative. Booked room was predicated to have city views. It didn’t

Pool wasn't available when we went unfortunately.

The staff at the front desk were quick and friendly and although the hotel is a little older, the location was great for us and our trip. Thank you for a smooth and safe stay!

I can’t wait to return. I absolutely loved my room and had a very pleasant stay. I loved that the Lincoln harbor was right next to the hotel for a quick trip to the city.
-
Big room and Nice training facility The people in the reception could have been more service minded
-
The hotel was in beautiful area with NYC VIEWS. Easy commute to and from the city. Quite and historical interesting area. Close to ferry to water taxi and close to eatting area. The room was a little outdated but nothing to cry about
-
Location is fab An outdoor seating area for sunbathing / roof terrace would be nice.

This hotel works very well for me as my family live in Hoboken and do not have room for me to stay, the location is very good for seeing them and getting into Manhattan. However I think that it could do with a complete refurbishment as it is very dated and feels very gloomy in the bedrooms and the reception areas.
