Location. The view was stunning and the hotel was right next to the NYC water taxi. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It would have been nice to have a 2nd bed/pull out couch option in a city view room

The views are breathtaking and the premises are clean and modern. Could not enjoy much of it as we arrived late and had to leave early. but this is for sure my next stay when visiting NYC.

I stay here, June 12, 2026, it was the best staycation ever. The rooms were great. Customer service was excellent and amenities was out of this world. I will be coming back again soon.

Great hotel, nice view of the city skyline, good location and ferry available to Manhattan. Few things to improve, add more light to the rooms, its a little dark. I stayed at the floor where the pool is located, and since the pool is closed, the mold smell wasn't so good. On breakfast, please add gluten free options as well. But the rest was great.

We waited for over an hour to be served at the restaurant. We ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

Rooms are clean, beds comfy, amenities are great and access to the ferry across the street is easy access to NYC. Second time staying here and will return soon.

My phone in the room wasn’t working, outlets wasn’t working and the towels were dirty!

Very modern, stylish, and relaxing. Lots of grand space and views of NYC. Directly across from the ferry to NYC so exceptionally convenient.
