Ink 48 Hotel

I was going to see a concert at MSG and wanted a hotel with a hot tub and it did not disappoint! The rooms were huge too! Well worth the money spent! You will not regret it! There is a rooftop bar too but I didn’t have time to use it I was too busy relaxing in the deep soaking tub! I’ll def be back!

Took one hour and three calls just to get coffee brought to room. No food and beverage service provided by hotel as advertised.

This hotel 100% turned into my go to when staying in Manhattan from now on. High floor views are AMAZING and their rooftop restaurant/bar is simply unmatched. The views are ridiculous from up there and my room 1505 was just as amazing from view to cleanliness and the care from the staff. We absolutely loved everything about the experience, THANK YOU!

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I recently booked a 1 bedroom suite for 5 nights as it was my birthday and I was throwing a party for 50 people on the rooftop outdoor lounge. this was just in July when it was extremely ho tin NYC. Upon arrival the a/c wasn't working in the bedroom portion of the suite. I tried to get it fixed but they said it wasn't possible and that many rooms had broken a/c in the hotel. I asked for a new room but they were fully booked and the empty rooms all had broken a/c in them. As I had a party booked there ,and many of my friends were staying in the hotel, I had to stay and slept on the pull out sofa in the living room and couldn't use the bedroom to sleep in. I asked for a credit for the difference in a single room and a suite, as that was what I ended up with due to their broken a/c units throughout the hotel. I was offered one free night and no resort fees. I said that wasn't enough, as I would have just changed to a smaller room but they had broken a/c units too. Victor, who arranged this for me at the front desk said he had gotten the manager to approve the 1 night and resort fees would work on getting me another night. When I went to check out, there was no credits on my account and Victor wasn't working then. I was obviously mislead by the front desk and/or the manager. Being lied to and then not responding to my emails and calls in inexcusable. Watch out as this hotel is poorly run, has many mechanical issue, and a misleading manager.

I was in the city for a work trip, great location. Coffee shops/food/a few bars near by. Valet service sold me.

Upon arriving at the hotel the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with other people's hair all over the floor and instead of sending someone to clean it they tried to move me to another room and in the other room there was no air-conditioning and it wasted 90 minutes of my time and also the second room they put me in was less quality of a room. So then I had to move back to the original room and wait for the staff to clean the bathroom and I missed my dinner reservation as a result once I called the front desk to find help with this matter they were laughing and behaving very unprofessionally. The bathroom door was in operable and no one ever came to fix it

Do not stay here on a weekend night. We were in a third floor room. Very loud music was playing at a nearby bar or party until four in the morning. I lived in Manhattan for 13 years and have stayed at many hotels there since I moved. There is almost always a greater effort to sound insulate rooms on low floors. In addition, on a hot night, the air conditioning stopped working at about two in the morning. No amount of adjustment of the thermostat would help. I called down to the front desk at three in the morning. The man on duty was very nice and offered to send up an engineer. About 15 minutes later, before anybody came to the room, the air-conditioning started working again for no apparent reason. The property is well maintained, and the people working there are helpful but the inability to sleep makes this hotel an unacceptable choice.

Spatious room and bathroom . Stayed in the Hudson suite . Nice views from some of the windows. Very Noisy Air conditioning No cleaning or fresh towels the day after arrival despite being a 4 star hotel. Limited breakfast options. Top floor bar does not allow children after 5 pm ( should be 7 or 8pm) which makes it impossible to use if you come with a family . Limited access as on some days was closed for private events and the rest we could not use it as we were not back by 5pm. Only open from 4 pm to 12am. Gym small no windows. Staff at the reception and downstairs restaurant are friendly. Overall overpriced for what it offers. Parking on the adjacent street is free for 6 days hence no need to use their vallet parking .

An absolute jewel of a hotel I had never heard of, but a wonderful experience in a spacious, clean modern room.

Nice size rooms. Good food in the restaurant in the building. Fantastic rooftop bar and patio.

The room had two sided view of the Hudson and the city! The room was modern and the air conditioning was perfect. The staff were very friendly and always there to open the door and greet you when you arrived or leaving. The location was ideal for everything New York. We were able to walk everywhere!

Room was clean, staff were very helpful, check in for one of the rooms was a little delayed but overall great hotel and would stay there again.
