Times Square West Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The hotel is a great place to keep away from crowds, and relax and enjoy a relaxing day. But the breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel, and its guests.

The rooms are extremely tiny, but I loved the location. It was a quick walk, bike ride or subway to all that we wanted to see while we were in NYC. The lemon ice water in the lobby was so good I started making it at home.

It’s old and dirty. Smells bad .

Do not stay here . The room is as small

Location of the hotel was OK. Room was very basic and lack of any safe was a concern meaning we had to lock everything away in our cases. This was even more concerning with an issue we have tried, unsuccessfully, to address via the general manager. On the last day of our stay we left the hotel late morning and returned about 9pm to find our room door open. Staff had clearly been in and emptied the bin in the bathroom, however no other service had taken place. The door does not close automatically and we are always very careful to ensure doors are fully closed and locked before leaving the premises. This was raised at the time with hotel staff, who essentially tried to shrug this off as nothing.

All good in breakfast food all day arrange pork meats but many of people don’t eat pork

Very accommodating staffs, they are really nice in keeping our luggage and letting us stay in the lobby to rest. Also they served nice breakfast and let us use their clean rest room even when we are already checked out.

I like everything was so close for a walk

The biggest downside was the breakfast. There wasn’t enough seating for the number of guests, and the selection was pretty limited. They also seemed to run out of the hot food frequently, so there was often a wait for it to be replenished, which caused the breakfast area to become crowded. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose for a short visit.

The hotel was nicely located, rooms were clean and the breakfast had lots of options.

I would recommend. I have stayed several times at this property as a solo traveler.

The property is around 15 minutes walk from Time Square. The rooms are very small but serves its purpose. I appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall good stay. Price was a little steep for the room.

Can’t speak to the breakfast because we did all our eating outside the hotel! Very walkable to anywhere

Refrigerator is a necessity, so make it available
