Se escucha mucho ruido de los pasillos y de otras habitaciones (ya saben que…) La parte de desayunos muy pequeña, pocas mesas y hay que esperar para sentarse. La puerta de mi habitación no cerraba bien, tenías que azotarla para que se quedara con seguro mientras te ibas y por eso hubo 2 ocasiones en donde al regresar en la noche mi puerta estaba abierta. Ya que los de limpieza iban y no la cerraban correctamente. Afortunadamente no pasó nada pero claro que no está bien, se los comenté y sólo me pidieron disculpas. Al final creo que está ok, queda a 15 minutos de times square y como a 10 de una estación de metro. Eso si, las almohadas súper cómodas!

The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, good city view from room, and free luggage storage. It is far from the subway and main attractions. It was a 15-20 minute walk each time we had to go to & from the hotel. It doesn’t sound like much or look too far on the map but it definitely took a toll especially if you’re staying multiple days. I booked this hotel due to its “close proximity” to places only to find out that was not the case. This hotel is also not in the best shape, we saw cockroaches in the lobby, peeling paint and stains in the room, and we never got fresh towels when our room was cleaned which was annoying. I stayed before at the other location closer to Times Square & that one is much nicer/modern.

Hotel is a decent place to launch your exploration of NYC. They had a breakfast available but we weren't able to try it based on our late nights. They have blackout shades but the room is a bit noisy from the hallway. Overall not a bad place if the price is right.

Good location. The room was always clean. Windows and doors are not sound-proof. Very basic breakfast, no vegetables at all.

Our room was typical small, as is most of NYC, but it was nice and super clean. We always enjoyed coffee and the simple breakfast, supported by Darla, a friendly face all the time. Fatima, Carlos, and Solxxx (sorry) were always supportive at the friend desk with any questions or needs. I would only wish the internet was stable for us to connect, and hope in the future you do more environmentally friendly things like: no little bottles of shampoo, etc, and fill up bigger containers on the wall, and also half and half or milk at breakfast instead of those little things that are just not good any more.

Well located in a relatively quiet part of the city. Not too far from the subway, the included breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The room was compact but had everything that we needed.

The stay itself was fine im from the uk so dont know my bearings much of nyc but this hotel was around a 25-30 minute walk from the main tourist attractions in manhattan. The hotel was clean which is important. The staff on the otherhand wasn’t too great, when we arrived soaking wet we knew it was too early to check in so we sat down and grabbed something to eat as it had been a long travel. I was then told i cant eat as its not my time to yet and also i couldnt sit down as someone else had to who was allowed to eat!!! Which i didnt have much problem with until i saw that nobody sat in those seats afterwards at all. Then the bath tap was faulty so the shower couldnt be turned on so had to call someone to change it for us in which the maintenance man was friendly and kind which was nice. Overall clean enough to stay and one of the more affordable stays in nyc hence the 3/5 stars. Just ashame some of the staff arent as polite as others and some of the stuff in the room being faulty!! (Those are the only negatives). Many thanks anyway :)

It was clean, the breakfast was good and 2 blocks away from the cruise port.
