Booked 3 rooms. Rooms are clean. Good air-conditioning.

Perfect hotel for what we needed. Friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint (which I also mentioned upon checking out) was the noisy air conditioner. Good breakfast and accessible to Times Square and the port by walking.

Property was clean and within good walking distance of many things, would stay here again. The only issue we seemed to have was there was some sort of towel shortage, housekeeping would come and leave no towels behind after turn over we had to keep calling the front desk or go down there to ask at which point we’d be handed one towel or two hand towels as two women traveling that wasn’t cutting it. Other than that no issues. Just beware they take used towels and won’t leave clean ones. Hopefully that changes in the future.

the hotel was real good and close to everything

Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the AC worked perfectly in the summer heat. On top of that, breakfast was delicious with a great variety (waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereal). Everything was smooth and comfortable! Will definitely come back. Adding on, the hotel was walking distance from Broadway, Times Square, and public transportation.

Huge lines at breakfast regardless of time. One elevator and the down button on our floor didn't work. Room only made up once in a 4 day stay.

Me encantó la limpieza desde que entras, el cuarto super limpio y la cama super cómodas. El desayuno fué espectacular 👌 siempre pendiente a que hubiera de todo. Definitivamente volvería.

Laundry was extremely problematic. No towels available for bathing/cleaning. Didn't appear they tried to fix the issue either. Breakfast was decent. Mattress comfortable. Location was good.
