The room phone didn't work and we were questioned on which phone we were calling from to report one TV wasn't functioning properly and there were no fresh towels after first night. If the policy was no fresh towels it should be posted. They fixed the TV and brought fresh towels, The breakfast was great both days and location is awesome. Price is steep, but normal for area.

Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t make it and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get our refund. I do not plan to recommend this property in the future.

Great location right across is the Pier to go to Manhattan. Staff was very helpful in directing us. The suite was well laid out

From the food, to the staff, and the warm welcome I was blown away by such a wonderful visit. I went for anime NYC and my stay was remarkable. Room was wonderful and super clean, receptionists were both amazing.

Excellent location being right across the water taxi to NYC midtown and having great views of the city especially at night. Parking garage is right beside the hotel with fee of $22. Our 2nd time staying here and rooms were perfectly clean and neat both times, and overall property and common areas are well maintained and neat. A hot breakfast was available, but limited options compared to my experiences in other Residence Inns.

The location is great! NY Waterway Ferry right across the street for quick 10 minute trip to NYC. The breakfast was good. The couch in our room had seen better days. Overall, nice stay!

The hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms,clean and quiet however the air conditioner was rattling all night and kept us up.we did report it to the desk.the location and view of Manhattan was remarkable. We would stay there again breakfast was great.

It was a quick check in process however I asked a river view and was told I had a partial city: river view. My room felt secluded in the end of the building. Other than that continental breakfast was good, staff was nice, shower felt great, bathrooms remodeled and cute.
