Très propre, bon prix, déjeuner complet et Très bon. Merci !

Our rooms were always clean, touletries well stocked and very comfy beds. Breakfast was great. We love the colorful and very clean bathrrom. The 2nd elevator worked the next day so it was faster. However the hallways and common areas should be cleaned always and updated. During the night, the doors at the back are still open so it was a bit concerning. But everything was fine. The property is huge with lots of parking space but it was on an incline and kinda difficult to get out of parking lot from the back because of the steep incline. Location was excellent! It was directly across Manhattan thru Lincoln tunnel, only a short drive to American Dream and Liberty Park. Overall we like this hotel very much

Room keys didn’t work properly, 2nd floor smelled like sewer. Other than that stay was decent. Could’ve been less in price if we’re being honest

The staff was helpful. The hotel is perfectly located so you can go to "park and go" ( about 5 minutes) and take the bus to Time square.

Déjeuner inclus, mais j’ai déjà vu mieux. Pas les meilleurs œufs ….

Without asking for our consent or giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation, she canceled our reservation. When we asked why, she said it was because we “seemed confused.” She then became rude and unprofessional, speaking disrespectfully to us in front of our three young children. This was especially upsetting because we had driven all the way from Boston to New York by car with three small children. After such a long and exhausting trip, having our reservation canceled for no valid reason was incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, it has now been over a week, and we still have not received our refund or the return of our deposit. This entire experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, improves staff training in customer service and professionalism, and ensures no other family is treated this way.

Il faut environ un kilomètre de marche pour se rendre à la bus qui nous transportent à Times Square / New York. Les commerces pour les petites commodités sont près de l’arrêt de bus, tout juste l’autre côté de l’autoroute.

breakfast and staff services
-
room is in general clean. Staff was rude.

The bed base was made of thin steel that rattles whenever you get closer to the bed, that disrupts rest and sleep. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast has no variety. With only one waffle maker that runs for 2 minutes to cook, it takes some time before you have your turn. Toasters eventually stopped working too. Parking was spacious in the front and back portion of the hotel, but the back door keycard access doesn’t work. So if you park there you have to go around the building to enter if it is closed.

Accessibility The property itself is nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the guest service completely overshadowed the experience. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and seemed quick to say “no” whenever a request wasn’t allowed. I understand that hotels have policies and rules that can’t always be bent. However, in most hotels I’ve stayed at, staff at least try to find an alternative, show some empathy, or simply apologize when they can’t accommodate a request. That level of hospitality was missing here. One example was during breakfast. I asked if I could take a small breakfast to my room because my daughter was still asleep, and I couldn’t leave her alone in the room for an extended period while I ate in the breakfast hall. I was told it wasn’t allowed. I accepted the answer without arguing. However, when I went down to the breakfast hall, a family got into the same elevator as me carrying two to three plates of breakfast each back to their room. The front desk staff saw them and didn’t say a word. That left me wondering: where is the consistency in enforcing the policies? If the rule applies, it should apply to everyone. Another experience that really stood out was when I asked the front desk for assistance and was told, “If you need something, wait for the housekeeping staff on your floor and ask them yourself.” I found that response unprofessional and disappointing. As a guest, I don’t expect to be told to track down housekeeping myself. It’s unfortunate because the property has a lot of potential, but good customer service is just as important as a nice room. The inconsistent enforcement of policies and the lack of hospitality made this a disappointing stay. Based on my experience, I won’t be coming back.

There were strange sounds in the room going out of the AC that were bothering our sleep. Other than this everything was v. Good
