I am very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The room has a very bad and unpleasant smell, and I found hair on the bed, which clearly indicates that it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable, and my family and I do not feel comfortable or safe staying in this room.

This place was not what I expected AT ALL! The room had and horrible odor, the floor was slippery from the substance they cleaned with. A bunch of garbage debris out side. Very distasteful

The bed was comfortable Not enough channels and not alot of places around

My family was asked to take stairs even though there was another way through which stairs could have been avoided. Corridor was unclean and stinky. It was totally overpriced.

We didn’t even check in because of the safety issue. Didn’t feel safe when we got to the property. The photos are not accurate. This hotel wouldn’t give us our full refund. Paid $200 for not even staying there. Don’t stay here. Customer service is terrible.

Economic price, facilities such as fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

It is a very good hotel considering the nightly rate; I recommend the rooms with a Jacuzzi. It is a place I would stay at again. The rooms on the lower level feel a bit enclosed, whereas the rooms in the upper section are more practical and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom had hair in the tub and floor and the room smelled of heavy cleaning products.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting New York City. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was not up to date. The parking lot had pot holes and bad fillings of old pot holes. The room was clean but smelled very strongly of cleaner and we had to leave the door open to air it out. The floors were sticky feeling like they were sprayed with cleaner but not wiped down. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot every time we used it. The worst part was air conditioner. It is at bed level and pointed straight on the bed so it blew in your face all night. It was an old ac and smelled like mold. I got very sick after staying at this hotel. If they updated the air and parking lot then it would be worth what we paid but I was not thrilled about paying that mich for the quality we got. The pictures on hotels.com arent realistic to the facility.
