Great location, clean and quiet. Will stay here again!

I came here because we lost power and I work remote. The wifi was terrible, would not load a thing. Our shower would not turn on, and the breakfast area was caked with syrup with mid food.

It was not as described, smelled like smoke and was not clean. Could not sleep because of this. .

It was the low-price option in the area and it was not particularly pleasant. A lot of smoke smell in the hallways. The staff seemed pretty good - but next time I come to Joliet I will spend more money.

Unfortunate

Best sheets had cigarettes burns, mold, ceiling coming down.

Front desk clerk was nice. I didn't like that the light over the sink (that was in the room - not the bathroom) could only be turned on by pushing my fingernail in a specific spot on the circle - it was worn out. The lamp on the desk has never been wiped off - it was covered in oily dirt and stuck to my fingers. A cockroach crawled across the floor?! A corner where the carpet meets the tile near the hot tub was just missing, leaving a dirty hole. The carpet in the stairway is disgusting, VERY dirty.

The hotel charged me extra for the first night besides expedia.

Our room was basically ok. one of the sheer curtains on the window was torn about 14 inches in length. The chair at the desk was in very bad condition the faux leather was worn off in a lot of places. There is no elevator and we were assigned a room on the second floor and after she saw what we had in luggage she had to change our room. Breakfast was very poor. 3 cold cereal containers and only one had any cereal in it. The fruit of oranges and apples were very tiny no bananas. The only hot item was a waffle maker! All in all we would not stay there again

The bathroom sink appeared to be ready to fall off the wall. The sink drain was very slow. The shower curtain rod was loose and sagging. The water in the shower was just a little bit better than lukewarm.

It’s was nasty my room was too I couldn’t sleep there Everything someone had just left my room when I checked in broke the fire alarm and the floors where wet the staff was mean and I just didn’t stay I had to leave

Top tier breakfast everyday nice staff just don’t like the few bugs but def doable

Great breakfast stopped staying because we saw a few roaches but overall good stay jus can’t do bugs sorry clean rooms but parking lot sometimes gets crowded but people usually mind they business

Had bugs and smelled like smoke. Not worth $250. Go somewhere else for that price.

The overall experience was okay. That the overall experience was just okay.

They didn’t have the room that we pre booked and pre paid for. They weren’t helpful. The hotel smelt like the devils lettuce, and they didn’t help get us a new hotel room. It was just overall very disappointing

The room itself was OK, but I was just looking for a place to rest my head and wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons. The issue was the noise. At first, it seemed like maybe a family with kids was upstairs and making noise. It happens. Quieted down a bit around 10 pm. Then I was woken up around 2 am by what sounded like a wrestling match and I honestly thought someone would fall through the ceiling! I did hear someone (I assume the clerk) banging on the door upstairs and the noise stopped. Just long enough for me to fall asleep again, only to be woken up again by an even louder fight! Then, in the morning, I was woken up by two women yelling at each other outside my door. Will never stay here again!

Poorly kept. I'm sure super 8 or motel 6 would have been cleaner. Reaked of pot. I advised the staff she said she didnt smell anything. Alot of heavy traffic at night with transactions in the parking lot.
