The location was convenient. Staff was nice. Parking lot wasn’t too full Smelled really bad like mildew throughout the hotel. No screen on the window and being on the 4th floor that’s a lil scary you can just open the window and it’s outside. Only one elevator worked in the building

The room and beds were comfortable. The lock door looked sketchy.

The price and the restaurant style breakfast One elevator was broken, and one outside door inoperable, and apparently, from speaking to a long term guest, it has been like that at least three years...

I understand the policies the place has, but under the wordt circumstances my girlfriend couldn fly to the US due to visa purposes, we requested a cancellation even partially before check in time. the place refused to cancel and not even offered a rescheduling possibility. terrible customer service, they do not care about costumers.

Once they clean the room, especially the shower/bathroom, it could easily be a 4 star hotel!

Good value Restaurant was closed. Very large property designed for conferences/meetings but feels like a ghost town when there are no meetings.

Late night arrival after a last minute decision to stay. Hotel was not very clean, elevator was broken, breakfast didn't look good (we didn't eat it). Only stay here if it's the only option.

Horrible stay at this hotel. Doors to the hotel on side entrances were never locked at any time of the day or night, the room was dirty, the knob to our bathroom door was falling off and asked for it to be fixed and that never happened. The air conditioner stopped working in our room and that couldn't be fixed. With over 90 degree weather we asked for a refund to find a different hotel. Also, the pool was filled with weeds and was un-usable. It was not a good experience.
