Quality Inn Joliet

My stay at this hotel was not the greatest. When we got in the room, the light switch didn’t turn on any lights (because a lamp was not plugged in). When we finally got lights on, we noticed a dead cockroach under one of the beds. Then when it came to the bathroom that was another story. The water in the sink never got cold. The water in the shower never got hot and the tub did not drain. Also it appeared that someone may have stayed there before us and they may have forgotten some of their things. Overall it was not a great experience.

It needed a lot of updating: replacing carpets, fixing the pool, etc.

Nothing Room was disgusting lots of damage done to it would never stay there again....photos was all the damage that was done when we arrived ....they painted over shower tiles instead of replacing spray painted the wall that had damage the door lock was all jacked up stains on the carpet....trash on the floor in the room....more In pictures....when booking the hotel looked nothing like the pictures when we arrived....if it did I would not have booked it

I would not advise to stay here. We checked out early because the room was dirty. The hallway smelled like vomit, the bedding was stained and had hair on it. The bathtub was filthy. There were coffee splatters all over the wall. I also noticed pest control boxes.

Has to walk through smokers to get into the building. Instantly smelled like cigarettes and weed. The side door was constantly open, no need for a card key. The room was dirty and the bed covers were stained. There was a sticker stuck to the lampshade. It didn’t even look like anyone tried to make it look nice. They packed up breakfast 10 minutes early. Had to ask to get the coffee. Trash was left in the hall for hours. The key cards stopped working for no explicable reason. The carpets all felt wet to walk on. There was a water leak in the bathroom. We paid for two nights but ended up leaving after one. It was too gross.

I have absolutely no complaints. This was a weekend start. Our room was clean, fresh linens, the air out of the A/C unit was cold and fresh. I would definitely stay again.
