Bathroom needs updating.

I have absolutely no complaints. This was a weekend start. Our room was clean, fresh linens, the air out of the A/C unit was cold and fresh. I would definitely stay again.

The rest... The property is in pretty rough shape. While entering the parking lot it appeared abandoned, no hotel sign on the entrance, rough asphalt, bent light poles, no flags on the flag poles and a maintenance vehicle for pushing snow with a flat tire. Checkin was smooth but when I went to investigate the room i wasn't told the elevator was broken. The rear entrance near our room had a card reader that was disconnected from the crashbar. It was unlocked every time we accessed the door, which is concerning from a security point of view as this Hotel is clearly operating with minimal staff. The elevator that was in service on our room's wing was pretty sketchy. The call button light is broken, the floor tiles are shattered and it smelled of smoke. This will echo several other reviews I've now seen. The phone didn't work. The room's slide lock was backwards, the bathroom door handle was coming off. The shower was unusable as the drain was covered it lime scale, or paint, or sealant from the repairs around the faucet and tub. The bathroom had chunks of plaster missing and it was obvious there was water damage that had simply been painted over but was slowly coming through the new paint. These have previously been called out and gone unfixed.

Guests were provided excellent customer service experience. Thank you!

The property needs updating the linen was dingy and the tub was dirty and peeling according to staff. Felt unsafe back door was unlocked and when locked there was no access with key card. Would not recommend!!

Broken elevator, ice machine and our shower would only come out half from the shower head and half from the faucet. Our previous stay was fine but this one was a headache.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There were no lights in the parking lot. It was dark and sketchy, and some of the hallways also lacked lighting—clearly, security did not appear to be a priority. Upon entering the rooms, we could immediately see stains on the floors and bedding of several beds. As a result, we began contacting nearby hotels right away, but unfortunately, all were fully booked for the weekend, so we ended up purchasing new bedding at Walmart. The bathroom, it's just as bad--looked like it's never been cleaned. One room didn't have a shower curtain, we was told they didn't have any new ones and gave us a wet curtain that smelled like mold. It was late so we took it only to find we didn't have enough bath towels. I ran downstairs to grab more towels to find the employee eating and using one hand to grab towels. We ended up showering up in our Crocs, becausethe showerwas disgusting. This place takes the cake for the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed at a lot of hotels.

I prepaid for the rooms. We had a ck in time of 3pm we got there at 4 due to traffic. Plenty of time n for them to prepare our rooms. They said your rooms are ready. I said we have to be somewhwee in 10 min we are performing at the Forge. She made a call she said we are all sold out. I remindeed her we prepaid for 2 rooms so 2 of those should be purs. She made arrangements ro get us rooms. However we cked in for our 2nd room but had no time to ck that one before we had to leave. The second room was never cleaned had wrappers all over the floor & hair in the bathtub. They did say they were u derataffed but they had several hoirs to clean it before we got there & never did. Our friends had to drive 4 hrs home bc they had no other rooms & nobody to clean the one they gave us. Our room wasnt very clean either & the AC leaked onto our clothes on the floor. Room 148 was ours theirs was room 250. Plumbing creaked when flushing toilet. Cobwebs by floor to left of PTAC & somw bug shells on floor. Rooms cost too much for that...should be like $51/night...really think out other room deserves a refund too.

I think the only clean part of the room may have been the sheets. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I needed to race to my next hotel to wash this hotel off of me. This is the most disgusting hotel room I have ever been in.

The hallways smelled bad!!!!!
-
machine out of order. We have stayed here in the past and we were shocked at how much the property has gone down hill.

This hotel looks like it's going through some renovations. The doors to the rooms stick, so you need to push or pull hard to open or close them. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, the room we got had a chirping fire alarm, and when we reached for the phone to call the front desk, we discovered it wasn't even plugged in, so we had to walk down to the front desk to inform them. They were very gracious and switched out rooms. The carpet in the hallway had stains in many areas and 1 of the elevators was out of order. The one working elevator had many cracked floor tiles and lots of dirt and debris on the ground. Overall, it was just an okay place to stay, but would not book here again.

Room was dirty and gross. No toilet paper. The cards to our rooms would just stop working randomly and we would have to go down and get new ones. Everything was stained or scraped up and gross.

The man lurking in the hallway trying to help me with my bags. He said his room was on the second floor room 215. He was still in the 1st floor hall 10 minutes later, it was creepy and I was hoping he wasn't a trafficker!
