A “smoke free” room smelled very strongly of cigarettes and it was overall not very clean

The cable to the tv was broken off so we couldn’t use the tv. There were no other rooms so we were stuck in a room with no tv. And there was no offer to even try to fix it.

Probably wouldn't stay there again. Room had a weird smell to it. Not sure what it was but my suitcase smelled just like it when I got home. Didn't have a good feeling when we first drove up.

Was put in a handy capped room even though we didn’t book for one. We managed but the smell was bad. Check in should be a little earlier than 3pm not going to lie. Also parking was bad, had to park on the other side of the building due to how many spots were taken. Wouldn’t go back here again

The room smelt clean and fresh but

The room smell like somebody had just smoked a cigarette in there. The hairdryer was not plugged in because it wasn’t working because the wall outlet was cracked and wouldn’t reset - I notified reception and I don’t think they gave any Fs

The room was filthy, the bed covers had stains with cigarette bits. The tub was gross

Electric outlets didn't work,tv barely worked. Floor was nasty. No smoking policy wasn't enforced. Had weekly people living there would set outside their room at night and smoke dope. Smell would filter into all the rooms.
