The sheets seemed clean. Everything else was pretty bad. It smelled really really bad, and the microwave was all janky Everything, it was unpleasant

You get what you pay for. The rooms were ok, but run down and very dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. Other than that it wasn’t too bad, very good in amenities.

The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean, there are all the necessary things. Not a bad location.

It was in a good location and the rooms felt just like home! The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and the lights and microwave were a little tricky to figure out

Location was perfect for our trip to Chicagoland Speedway Although we arrived early, and were given a room, it had not been cleaned. A room with 2 queen beds should have more than 2 towels, 2 forks and 2 glasses. There was not enough stock in the kitchen for 1 person let alone 4. No spoons, no kitchen towels and only 2 bath towels. I had to ask the maids repeatedly for more linens. The staff said to ask for what we needed but it would have been repeated requests. The residents attacked the coffee and fruit the minute it was set out, were very loud and crowded the lobby constantly. If an extended stay hotel is mainly for monthly rentals there should be an area for weekend and overnight guests.

To top it off, the "breakfast" consisted of only cranberry juice, coffee, and poppy seed muffins, which fell far short of what was advertised or expected. Overall, this property did not live up to its promises. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you have no other options.
