I will never be back! The only thing that was decent was the gentleman that checked me out in the morning was very nice. He smiled and actually said hello, unlike the girl that checked me in.

Great location and very clean. Also a terrific staff on hand hand .

Staff was nice. It was clean. Bed was comfy. The TV did not work, or maybe it was the remote, regardless, I didn't get to use it. I did not tell the staff because I didn't know till a half hour before I left.

We had just checked in was only there for about an hour and pull back the blankets and there was the bugs Room nasty had bedbugs on bed and on the curtain and the person that checked us in said that he wasn't gonna come in unless they had got it fixed, but he was there so I don't know why they checked us into that room so I don't know if it was in our rooms or just that room so I would never go there again and it was the week of Labor Day weekend so we couldn't find another room so we had to drive back to St. Louis the next day and sleep in our car. They refunded me all my money but nowhere to stay and I was supposed to be there from Friday to Monday. They credited $50 and you have to use it by a certain day. They should've credited me more than that plus my refund.

The lock on the door wasn't quite lined up. The drunk that kept us up all night was awful. They did try to take care of it. They called the police twice.

Nice hotel with a kitchen in every suite, including a nice microwave and fridge. However, it could be cleaner. I noticed some dust around the bed, and it seemed like the staff had just quickly swept the area. After we asked for room service, they cleaned the room much better.

My stay was horrible rooms were dirty they moved me to three different rooms. The sheets were dirty. There were stains on the bed. They ran out of dry towels the lady at the front desk had her children with her while she was working. I had to get my cover wash, which took two hours this was a horrible experience. Do not recommend to anyone.

The room was very clean. The hotel seems to be much older than depicted in the site photos. All staff was very nice.

It was very clean. There are people living long-term and they sit bags of trash outside of there door. Also the smell in the hallways are from dirty caroet.

The sheets seemed clean. Everything else was pretty bad. It smelled really really bad, and the microwave was all janky Everything, it was unpleasant

You get what you pay for. The rooms were ok, but run down and very dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. Other than that it wasn’t too bad, very good in amenities.
