Rooms were clean but out dated. Garbage bins outside were full and not emptied.

To top it off, the "breakfast" consisted of only cranberry juice, coffee, and poppy seed muffins, which fell far short of what was advertised or expected. Overall, this property did not live up to its promises. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you have no other options.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside of the room was the bathroom was very small and a little outdated. It would be the perfect size for one person.

It’s a great place to stay only thing is that there was a cat in the building and the pressure to the shower was very low.

Its location to the interstate, stores and quick restaurants. It was close to the event we were attending. The beds are soooooo firm. The cleanliness of the curtains and stale smell, which isn’t unbearable but not great. There was a room where someone was living in(since extended stay) was loud and obnoxious in their conversation that could be heard from the hall. It reminded of the movie BIG where all the yelling and commotion caused him to block the door and cover his ears. Positive was that even though the hall was loud the room was not. It blocks out quite a but of the outside noise. Also the “continental” breakfast even though we weren’t expecting much but all there were: mini muffins, yogurt, some juice cups, and coffee. At least have some toast or cereal.

Very small bathroom for an extended stay hotel. Back door would not work with key card so staff said to use a rock to prop the door open. Needed more lighting in the back parking lot. Only had 1 working dryer in the guest laundry and it did not dry well. Overall it was a good hotel and would stay again if in that area though.

There is No Hot Tub. The listing on Expedia is wrong! The woman at the front desk (Sherri) was helpful, but she stated Expedia hasn't removed the pool/hot tub information....Expedia said it was the fault of the hotel. I was traveling from out of state with my 3 kids and a pool is almost a requirement for us. So when we were surprised to learn that there isn't a pool, it was a big situation. It was a struggle to get a refund or for Expedia to find an alternative room...which the room was clean and had the rare/hard to find pull out couch. Just be aware that the Expedia posting is wrong....there is NO POOL

Bed was okay Hotel staff told us we could park across the street as we wouldn't fit in the hotel parking lot. We were towing a broken down classic vehicle on uhaul rental equipment. I thought there was no problem. Started to pack up and leave only to find our vehicles were missing. Went in an asked if they saw anything. Was told to call the number on sign that was missed when we parked. Was told by hotel staff then that they had never seen a vehicle towed from that lot. Hotel staff led me to believe it was an okay place to put our oversize vehicle. Dicks Towing Company towed our vehicles and charged us $760 to release our vehicle. We were there to participate in the 2026 Hot Rod Power Tour which Dicks Towing is a sponsor. I feel like we were setup. The hotel staff knew we were getting towed and did nothing. Easy money.

We had 2 reservations, room was dirty, sticky floors, shower only had hot water? It would not regulate, walls were dusty. Smelled bad

We went to a party and where running late. No time to request another room.

Bathroom is small and mattress is a little old. The room is really clean and the towels and sheets seem to be brand new. I would stay here again.

Can’t think of a thing that I liked about this hotel. Did not match the website pictures and was not in a very safe neighborhood. Had people going in and out all night long very loud and uncomfortable.
