Juneau Hotel

The room was fantastic. It had a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. The location of the room was very convenient and the location of the hotel was superb. We could see the fireworks from the room and the parade preparations. It was right next to the whale fountain and only a 10 minute walk to downtown. Not a fancy room or hotel but probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our stay. Not far from city center. Liked that we had washer/ dryer in the room and kitchen. Free shuttle from airport. Accommodating staff. Thanks!

The room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Room had a full kitchen and laundry. Tub shower combo had good grip for safety. Location somewhat inconvenient to downtown and restaurants. Free airport shuttle a bonus!

This was a very roomy accommodation within walking distance to downtown and just steps away from a delightful park and boardwalk. Staff are helpful and the shuttle to the airport a factor of our decision to stay there. The unit was clean with the exception of the upholstered furniture which is dated and heavily stained.

Very nice rooms

Once we arrived at the hotel, everything was fine. Don’t wait for the shuttle bus for airport pick up. Our dependence on the shuttle delayed our hotel check in by over an hour. It’s only a 15 or less minute drive to the hotel from the airport. Just spend the $20 on a taxi or uber. They were very good.

Great location. Can walk to downtown along a scenic boardwalk. Free shuttle to the airport. Lodging was quite roomy with great kitchen, washer and dryer.

Quite clean. Only negative was a 10 walk to shops and things

The staff and owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is near the boardwalk and an easy walk to town.

On the plus side, the location was great, easy walk into town but out of the hustle and bustle. The airport transport was very convenient and staff were all very nice. It was also a plus to have a washer and dryer in the suite.

I liked the rooms are suites with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The kitchen could have a few more items (like wine glasses, paper towels, etc.) to make more useful

Liked the location, liked the rooms except the shower was small, and no room around the sink to set anything. kinda dated. but a pretty good stay..

The hotel was perfect. We had the penthouse with a full kitchen and a terrific view of the mountains. The hotel is situated just far enough away from downtown and the cruise ship chaos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a park with a whale sculpture and walkway. We hiked every trail in Juneau.

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The room was clean and comfortable having a washer and dryer in it. The facility is dated in the hallway and the furniture is old, dented and scratched. The gym was tiny and we shared a queen size bed for there’s no King size available. The location is great for there’s a park close by with a long walkway along the water to downtown.

The room was very very clean and orderly. It’s obvious the employee take great pride in their work! Checking in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Our driver to the airport was Jeremy and he was friendly and helped us with our luggage. He also pointed out places of interest in the way to the airport. Wish we had stayed longer! Thank you!
