We enjoyed our stay in Ramada.Location was great, close to town and on waterfront.Rooms were great and restaurant was ok.we can recommend it !
-
Very run down hotel. Check in was fine but rooms were from another era. Beds were OK but bathrooms, windows and general condition of the property was poor.
-
In addition, this hotel advertises a “gym” which consisted of a couple cardio machines. Nothing else. If you make hotel decisions based on gym access, do not book here! (In addition to the other issues noted above).

Theyare worth 10 stars. Gracie is awesome!!

This property is on the outskirts of downtown but is still within walking distance to everything. The breakfast in the diner was excellent and teh view of the harbour from teh diner was very pretty. The room in the bottom floor had a distinct foot odor smell.
-
Our room was spacious and clean. No hot water—had to take a cold shower. Not much of a lobby area to wait for rides.

I liked that we had a restaurant attached to the hotel and we were given breakfast vouchers however, we paid for those. The staff. The check in. The fact that I got to my room at 1030pm and maintenance was in my room preventing me from washing up my kids and putting them to bed. The front desk knew nothing of this. They didn’t care. They refused to let me talk to the GM. They did not care to talk compensation either.

No elevator to get luggage down to lower level
-
Perfect hotel for us as we were traveling with my 87 year old mom and the museum was right next door. Food was good too. We had a view of the water
-
The rooms were clean. The hotel staff were helpful.
-
Very dated, smells of dampness and cleaning products. Staff was incredibly friendly but the facility is dismal.
-
Close to all the action but quiet! Great restaurant. Close to museum.
-
We rented a car at the airport, which was nice as the traffic is minimal.
-
Restaurant and bar in house. Friendly and helpful staff I would stay here again
-
Perfect location central to walk everywhere we wanted to go! No pool or hot tub.
-
The location was great. We were close enough to walk downtown, yet far enough away from the cruise tourists. The girls at the front desk were always pleasant and anything we needed, they were very helpful. Not sure if the Ramada has anything to do with the food, but that was excellent. We were placed downstairs which had an awful smell and the facilities need to be greatly updated!! The laundry room was nasty and very unclean.
-
The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly. The shower head was a low-pressure water-saver model. It was never hot at all, which made for a horrible showering experience. Also, the room was really hot with no way to cool it down.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the feeling was that it was more rustic as there is usually a lot of rain and the area around the hotel was more gravel and at the room window the weeds are a bit overgrown. Our room was downstairs from the lobby and although there was an elevator it didn't go down to the lower floor and with heavy bags this was a bit much. I did get help when we were leaving to haul my bags upstairs and that was a blessing! I also noticed a fairly strong aroma of pesticide in the stairwell. At breakfast the food was good but the wait staff was quite slow and inattentive. The bar closed about 9:00 pm which seemed a bit early for a bar.

Windows did not have screens, I needed to open windows as it was hot and stuffy but bugs kept coming in. Staff was mediocre.
