The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.

Tina went above and beyond to be helpful in every way. She is a delightful person and is key to the success of the Silver Bow Inn.

Our room was wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were all so kind to us. We will definitely be back.

Great location, comfortable, fun amenities and vibe.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything. I took the bus to and from the airport and walked less than 5 min to the hotel. And there are hot tubs ! Great for post- hike, post- paddle. The breakfast was very simple and included a lot of protein options. It was good, and having 24h access to coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, water and ice was very helpful. I was fine with the room with a window looking at the wall of the next building because less sun came in, and no noise at all. Great for long days in July. Made it easy to sleep.

Not having an elevator made it difficult for me (age 81) and my husband (age 83). A staff member helped us with our luggage at check-in, but we were on our own when picked up at 5:50AM for our ride to the airport.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.
-
Wonderful stay. Heather and Tina were awesome with lots of good recommendations. Breakfast was great.
-
I loved how creative and inclusive everything was!
-
Disappointed that hot tub only fit 3 people and it was often full unless you had signed up. Also we landed late and took us 40 minutes to get a cab.
-
LOCATION! Quaint and chic property located in downtown Juneau. Breathtaking glacier views. At home feel with freshly baked cookies for guests throughout the day.
-
Great location and super helpful staff
-
Emails and texts were excessive . Surely 1 a day would be sufficient.
-
Spotless room, eclectic styling.

Location and Food Services were excellent. What was disappointing was the size of the "Superior Queen Room", which was touted as an upgrade for us by Booking.com. It was smaller than I expected. Better representation of the "Superior Queen". I'm curious what an "Inferior/Regular Queen" was particularly for this price.

The Silverbow Inn was absolutely fantastic! It’s located in a great location—close to shops and restaurants—and the room was great. I want to especially give a shout out to the staff (they were really warm and welcoming). I don’t have any complaints.

Efficient, well run, perfectly situated property with great staff.

Staff was very nice and welcoming

Flight plans required us to leave before breakfast; the inn packed an unbelievably great box breakfast for us to take with us. The room was a tad tight but extremely well planned, with bedside reading lights and loads of wall pegs for clothes. The pillows, sadly, were not very comfortable...but overall this was a great place (and the In Bocca do Lupo was fantastic)
