Not having an elevator made it difficult for me (age 81) and my husband (age 83). A staff member helped us with our luggage at check-in, but we were on our own when picked up at 5:50AM for our ride to the airport.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.

Wonderful stay. Heather and Tina were awesome with lots of good recommendations. Breakfast was great.

I loved how creative and inclusive everything was!

Great breakfast foods and coffee available all day. Staff was amazing and location great. Disappointed that hot tub only fit 3 people and it was often full unless you had signed up. Also we landed late and took us 40 minutes to get a cab.

LOCATION! Quaint and chic property located in downtown Juneau. Breathtaking glacier views. At home feel with freshly baked cookies for guests throughout the day.

Great location and super helpful staff

Great spot, nice coffee machine, comfy Emails and texts were excessive . Surely 1 a day would be sufficient.

Spotless room, eclectic styling.

Location and Food Services were excellent. What was disappointing was the size of the "Superior Queen Room", which was touted as an upgrade for us by Booking.com. It was smaller than I expected. Better representation of the "Superior Queen". I'm curious what an "Inferior/Regular Queen" was particularly for this price.

I want to especially give a shout out to the staff (they were really warm and welcoming). I don’t have any complaints.

Staff was very nice and welcoming

Flight plans required us to leave before breakfast; the inn packed an unbelievably great box breakfast for us to take with us. The room was a tad tight but extremely well planned, with bedside reading lights and loads of wall pegs for clothes. The pillows, sadly, were not very comfortable...but overall this was a great place (and the In Bocca do Lupo was fantastic)
