You pay a premium for a very modest hotel. Our room had a portable air conditioner that wasn’t installed. Instead, the hose was just laying on the floor. We also had a floor fan. For nearly $700 a night I would expect a little bit better climate control options than a floor fan and inoperable portable air conditioner.

Close to shopping and the docks for cruises. Friendly staff. Breakfast was low-key but good.

Room had an uninstalled portable AC unit and a floor fan. For over $600 a night, it's reasonable to expect more than a floor fan for temperature comfort.

When we checked in reception didn't tell us there was no hot water. Checked in Saturday and didn't have lukewarm water until Monday. Front desk staff was indifferent to the problem and seemed unwilling to call in maintenance on the weekend.

It was not worth $600.00 per night. There was no hot water in the shower, a water leak coming from the ceiling with a sticky residue, no air conditioning and it smelled stale.

The check-in process was confusing as apparently my assigned room was given to another guest. It took a staff of four to figure out what happened but they more than made it up by upgrading to a room with water views.

I really appreciate the front desk in the day shift being so friendly, and flexible with us. We had to checked out around 11:30 when their night staff told us we can’t do so and required extras payment, however the day shift front desk gentleman understood completely and not rush charge us at all. Also, the hotel’s room is spotless, well equipped with teas, and coffee. The location is perfect if wants to be quiet but still walkable to all activities. Overall I am very pleased with my stay.

My husband and I stayed three nights and our stay was very nice. Great staff, helpful always with a sense of humor. The location of the hotel, close to historic downtown and on the waterfront was very handy. We could walk to go shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here again😊

The room was clean and tidy. Bed made and new towels daily. Excellent location to walk to all of the shops in town.
