This felt like a Motel 6 or somewhere you’d book in college when you’re on a budget and you just want to party. The AC barely cooled the room and the only way to use it was to have the curtain open and then we got the street light flashing all night long. We could hear people partying in the street and cars blasting music throughout the night as well. Our keys didn’t work most times and we went to the front desk to get a new key and all they asked us was our room number. They didn’t ask for our name or ID or anything, so apparently anyone can get a key into any room they want? The only good thing about this place is it’s walkable to downtown Kona. We were there 2 nights and the first night while I was kept awake I spent most of the time trying to find a different hotel to move to but it wasn’t worth the hassle, but let me save anyone considering staying here and highly suggest another hotel.

Great walkable location, cute decor, suited our needs for a one-night stay

The room was verydark.

Very welcoming reception area, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue was road traffic was very loud at all hours.

I love Pacific 19, mainly because it's clean! But the staff is very friendly, and I think just the whole vibe there is great!

I love the location, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the pool was clean and plenty of seating areas. The only negative is the twenty five dollar per car parking fee when you already pay for the motel. I also realize its location and other parking options. Parking fee

My room was very clean. The staff helped me with my luggage. I only stayed one day. But I will use them in the future. Mahalo

Without a rental car options are limited for getting around due to the hilly atmosphere

Great location, helpful staff. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities but they were impressive.

The property was updated recently but the rooms are still outdated but they did the job for the stay . They offer coffee in the morning for free but also have this cute coffee truck outside if you prefer different coffees . Pool area was good . Water refilling stations were useful , but one was out of service .

Great location for this little town of Kona. Parking is free. Lots of places to eat, and shop in area. Easy walk to ocean, but not a "swimming " location. Staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows comfy. Older building, but just fine. Nice open space lobby. Rooms clean, and sufficient

The parking space is $25.00 per day and very limited.

Staying here is not 4 stars but it’s in a great location ! Walking distance to the beach and shops , easy access to restaurants coffee shops and snorkeling areas. The amenities were awesome they have access to bike rental , beach chairs /equipment / towels and a pool, all included . They really provide in the amenities. There is also parking on the premises during your stay but it does get full. Overall I would stay again. Friendly staff great amenities. The room isn’t fancy but the bed is comfy and the shower is nice n hot . It’s great for a short trip 2-3 days.
