PACIFIC 19 Kona

Very nice and clean place to stay. Room was ready early, free freshly brewed coffee in the morning is a great touch!

Comfy hotel in a great spot. Garden View room was cozy but had everything we needed and a nice patio to sit out and listen to the frogs. Short walk to beach, coffee, food, and more. Ability to borrow beach towels and umbrellas was great. Parking was close to the room and easy. Coffee cart out front was a great option in the morning! Open air lobby was nice to people watch and relax.

The bathroom was my biggest drawback. It was fairly small and felt a little outdated, although it was clean and functional. The shower in particular was a tight squeeze; you have to maneuver around the bathroom door when getting in and out. I also personally wish the rooms had a coffeemaker. Parking was honestly a nightmare. The spaces are small, and unfortunately, not everyone seems to know how to park between the lines. My car was actually hit while I was staying there, and whoever did it didn't leave a note or report it. Thankfully, the responding officer went above and beyond and was even able to clean the transfer off my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Another disappointment was the laundry room being locked at night. I understand having security measures in place, but on a secure hotel property, I was surprised that guests couldn't access the laundry after certain hours. I really needed to do laundry before leaving and wasn't able to. I didn't personally use any of the hotel amenities, so I can't comment on those. Other than the bathroom, parking, and laundry situation, everything about my stay was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean , Bed was comfortable and shower was great ! They provided me with a kettle and umbrella when I wanted them. Also provided me with a beach towel. Aidée at the front desk was helpful and very friendly. I was lucky that she checked me in and later checked me out. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Pacific 19 Kona.

Unassuming hotel that exceeded expectations! Very helpful staff, modern rooms, comfortable beds, lovely grounds. All at a reasonable price. We had only 1 night here, but I would definitely stay again. For context, we are a family of 4. I was a bit worried about the double beds, but it worked out fine, especially because they were so comfortable.

We had to wait our Tropical Storm Lala at Pacific 19. The staff did an incredible job of taking care of us. We're had a partial ocean view and enjoyed the view until the storm.
