Clean. Close to our destination and anything we needed. Someone smoking pot by the doors

Can't think of anything I liked The hotel didn't have a proper entrance with an awning to unload. No real ramps. Lobby was dingy and dated. No free breakfast, just tea, basic coffee, hot chocolate packets. Hotel didn't have a shuttle to the airport 1.5mi away. Incredibly inconvenient when I had to be at the airport at 5am and had to try Lyft/Uber 4 separate times. Staff was very unhelpful. Only 1 small elevator. Room was fine for a $65 a night hotel, but not for the $150+ I paid. Beds had divots in the middle from being so old.

The room I was in smelled of cigarettes, but I realized it was being sucked in by the air conditioning unit. An my room was above the smoking area outside.

The comfy beds, clean room and free laundry room. The staff was good. Location had minimal shopping and restaurants around but having the microwave and stovetop made it worth while.

The room itself was spacious. The hotel looks dated, somewhat run-down. There is no pool and the workout room is a bit weird with random, mis-matched weights. The room was not clean. There was a half-eaten pop tart on the floor when I pulled out the hide-a-bed for the kids. The mattress cover was clearly unwashed. There was just an obvious lack of diligence when it came to cleanliness. We got a suite. A suite is one room with a separate, enclosed bedroom (perfect for a couple with small kids). Most suites have a separate wall unit and thermostat for the bedroom. This suite has one wall unit in the main area and a weird little in-the-wall fan that blew the cooler air from the main room to the bedroom. Kind of. I was hot and sweaty each night while my kids were freezing. Not only that, but the fan ij the wall removed privacy for me and my wife. There were just too many negatives for me to recommend this hotel to anyone. We will not be booking here again. I will say, as a last word of positivity, that the staff were friendly and kind.
