The housekeeping here leaves a lot to be desired it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. The covered entrance area was littered with cigarette butts, there was an odor in the room, the linens and towels need to be replaced, paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom, tub needs to be replaced, the toilet leaks, when you close the door in the bathroom there is a big dirty spot, the edges of baseboards need to be vacuumed. I don’t mind outdated but it can be clean, wouldn’t ever stay there again. We stayed in Econo Lodges all along our trip from California to Michigan and thus was the worst.

Always cheerful helpful and remember who you are by first or last name

Availability Room was run down, no light in the bathroom, noisy neighbors, too expensive for the quality of the room and no breakfast available.

Just a nasty, seedy hotel. The front desk clerk took forever to check me in, and was asking me a million personal questions. I didn’t want to do much talking other than getting my key to my room, as I was quite tired. He was smoking s cigarette and walking his dog as In tried to check in and made me wait until he was finished. The room was disgusting. I slept in my clothes for fear of bugs and unwashed blankets/sheets.

I like the convenience the front desk was friendly and empathetic about my mobile disability. Well first off the price $72 per night. As well as my next door neighbor in the next room for my understanding was a older gentleman. And it wasn't even dark outside and it's understandable there are some people arguing and getting ready to fight outside of our window actually right between both of our windows and he just yelled at them once quiet but the moment I find a good movie and laughing about the movie he did not stop screaming shut up quiet banging on the walls even with me coughing because I have asthma he banged on the wall and I got scold out by one of the receptionist. And I felt some type of way because it seemed she was more empathetic of him being a older gentleman than me being a disabled woman who's mother was just hospitalized!!!! And not to mention I was giving room 160 at the econo Lodge and when I open the room door with my key that I paid for the room hadn't been cleaned at all housekeepers we're in the hallway indeed but I should have never had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for them to clean my room which was two doors down maybe one if I'm not mistaken because my room is on the right side and they were cleaning the room other lives so I had a room in front of my door I didn't get any discounts nor any accommodations For my inconvenience pertaining to my health issues.

this stay was the best I've had in Kalamazoo Michigan ?

Hotel was close to the venue i was in Kalamazoo for. The bathroom was gross. The celling had dust bunnies all over. The fridge was broken made a terrible noice.

Rooms were clean, it was quite except the last few nights that we were there the upstairs person dumped something out of their window, that splattered on my truck and now it won't come off even after all the rain we have had. Include the pet fees in the price when booking. Didn't not like having to pay an additional pet fee on top of the room! It wasn't that we had to pay it, it was we had to pay it separately.

Nothing The room smelled like dogs the sheets was dirty the room itself was not clean
