Room was dirty, body piercings left on the bathroom floor, used toilet paper etc. Shower was gross and brown, sink and counter was clearly never cleaned. But good job making the bed to look like the room was cleaned after the last guest stayed

The room we were issued was not clean. Toilet lid was closed, but had old pee and toilet paper in the bowl. The beds were made, but once pulling the sheets back, there was trash inside the sheets. The carpets had not been vacuumed.

I didn’t get my deposit back like I claimed when I booked yall online to stay!!! I also didn’t like how it charged $15 dollars for breakfast when the plate wasn’t worth $15 dollars of food.

The overcharge for nothing, this is the second time they hidden extra charges

How comfortable it was. The only thing for me was the shower had hair but other then that it was a pretty good night Hair

The staff is very cold shouldered and snooty, too snooty for THAT job, and they are NOT friendly, overall NO GOOD, BAD FOR BUSINESS IN THAT AREA, not like that area has a good reputation anyways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON CORK STREET OR ANY OF THEM HOTELS IN THAT AREA...

Overall cleanliness was not great. Towels and sheets were not white anymore. Water came out of faucet ran rusty at first.

Easy to find location Room smelt musty as did the bedding, tired looking complex.

I liked the room I finally got into, but it was not what I ordered. I just needed to sleep there basically. I was supposed to get a king size bed with probably would have been more comfortable. I am a big man. But I made due.i also made these reservations due to the fact you had 24/7 shuttle service to and from airport. I got in a little after midnight and I call and they told me you all dont do that no more. I seen you shuttle bus parked in front. Im not the one to complain but, I think you need to let booking.com know this.

Nothing Dirty & smelly

The thing that was great about the hotel was the breakfast server. She was seriously amazing. They gave us a room that already had people in it. Then in our new room there was pee in it. Then the following morning we called downstairs to make sure breakfast was still going on and she said it ended at 9:30. She was wrong. We almost missed it.

Location Needs updating

The lobby looked new and updated. And the staff answered the phone right away. Shower didn’t work when I first got there. Had a towel with stains on it. There was a used wash cloth in the shower and one of the towels also felt damp. I also pre paid through booking.com but apparently the virtual card booking gave the hotel didn’t work. And instead of the hotel informing me, they double charged my card for incidentals and the room. Over the weekend the hotel (not including what I paid through booking) charged my account $660. I’ve got the refunds now, but still during the weekend I was there I did not have the money I planned on for my plans for my visit.
