Nothing. The property was condemned without notice. We were left without a room to stay in. The property was condemned without notice. We were left without a room to stay in.

We arrived late at the hotel. The person at the front desk told me my reservation was paid for through hotels.com. I didn't;t think it was and had my card out to pay. An hour later. We were all asleep and the woman banged on the door to wake me up for payment. It was insane.

Room was dirty, body piercings left on the bathroom floor, used toilet paper etc. Shower was gross and brown, sink and counter was clearly never cleaned. But good job making the bed to look like the room was cleaned after the last guest stayed

The room we were issued was not clean. Toilet lid was closed, but had old pee and toilet paper in the bowl. The beds were made, but once pulling the sheets back, there was trash inside the sheets. The carpets had not been vacuumed.

I didn’t get my deposit back like I claimed when I booked yall online to stay!!! I also didn’t like how it charged $15 dollars for breakfast when the plate wasn’t worth $15 dollars of food.
-
The overcharge for nothing, this is the second time they hidden extra charges

I would not say the room was spotless, but it was definitely much better than most. I didn’t feel the need to go around with a bottle of Clorox cleanup so that says a lot! The staff was super friendly and I did not really use any amenities as I was there for an event elsewhere. The bed was super comfortable, and I like the fact that you get a separate can for recyclables. I walked around the building outside for exercise and everything seemed safe and secure to me. The highway was close but I could not hear it in my room on the second floor. Overall the hotel was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
