Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo East - Expo Center

I love this place!!!! There's nothing to complain about PERIOD!!! THE STAFF, LOCATION, BED'S,PARKING, AND VERY HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES. OHH AND DON'T FORGET IT'S ALWAYS COFFEE, CREAMER AND SUGAR AVAILABLE AND HOT.

Not too bad for the price paid. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean.

Accepted my booking / reservation and then wouldn’t let my employee stay in the room. No notification, no refund. Just kept my money.

Room floor was wet with muddy footprints and it smelled like dirty feet We turned around and left... never going back

I've stayed at this location numerous times, but I have never had such a disappointing stay. In the room on one side of us was a guest with a dog (sounded like a big one). The dog barked, whined and scratched at the door all night long. The woman in the room refused to get up & let the dog outside. Instead, she just yelled and cursed loudly, and threatened to beat the dog if it didn't stop. The dog never stopped and neither did she. Then there was the large group of drunken teenagers who decided to hang out in the parking lot, yelling, crying and harassing everyone. A parent showed up & then a loud & long argument took place, while an obviously young child screamed & cried somewhere for about 45 minutes. I think that we slept maybe three hours... Such a disappointment

Didn't end up staying for the days we wanted, sheets had stains, A/C worked but all the buttons were broken, door really rattled when shut, room had flies in it when we arrived. Overall pictures of the place were misleading, wouldn't recommend someone to stay there.

The linens were stained. The shower curtain was stained. The floors were gross. It was very busy at night with questionable people. There is no daily towel swap, I had to ask for more towels everyday. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful but I would not recommend staying there. Clean room and linens. More towels.

Terrible decision to stay here! I paid for three nights I went to work and when I came back they said I didn’t pay and put my dog in the pound!!!!

Housekeeping needs to take a little pride in their work. I will definitely not be staying there ever again!!!

The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot.

We had to call the front desk because there was a man standing outside our door at 1am with a large Bluetooth speaker on full blast. There were also people (other guests) smoking weed and cigarettes EVERYWHERE.
