Front desk requested $20 cash deposit for the room key.

Rooms are getting upgraded nice

The hot tub was extremely relaxing after spending two days at a music festival
-
Nothing was as was advertised. We were asked for a $50 cash deposit at check in. Toilet was running all night. No breakfast and very run down. Surprised even showing on Expedia
-
It's rundown, dirty, smelly, and full of the near homeless. Breakfast was iffy. I was surprised Baymont associates with this level of housing.
-
I couldn’t stay at the property did not have two beds
-
Hotel lobby, hallways and rooms were filthy. Mattress has blood and stains all over, sheets were stained. Smelled terrible. Homeless people outside and felt very unsafe. We switched hotels after one look at our room and are pursuing a refund.
-
This place is horrible. Looks like a homeless shelter. We were given a room that was not even made up. Filthy, filthy place.
-
The staff there were particularly helpfuil and friendly.

The property was ghetto fabulous. The elevators didn't work and garbage was everywhere and people hanging out on the staircase smoking and drinking. Plus they don't tell you when you're booking the trip, that you have to have a deposit. So I had to run all the way on the other side of town to find a atm in order to get the deposit so that I can check into my room.

To Whom It May Concern, Upon check-in, I found blood on the hall door and the room in unacceptable condition: • No towels, blankets, or housekeeping supplies. • Evidence of bedbug infestation. • Severe dirt, damage, and neglect. These conditions are unsafe and unsanitary. I am requesting a full refund and written confirmation that proper pest control and cleaning measures will be taken. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the health department, consumer protection agencies, and the booking platform.

I've never been to a hotel that will not accept a credit card for deposit. There is literally bags of trash in the hallway. It appears by the look of the clientele this is the relocation spot for the homeless. There are mix matched towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper on the roll, the peep hole is stuff with paper. Theres a iron but no ironing board
-
Terrible area. Terrible hotel. Luggage rack had been stolen. Property is rough. Would never come back.
-
Room had holes in the walls, towel racks were gone or fell off, no toilet paper and spouse had to go to front desk to get, sheets were yellowed; air conditioner set at 76 and I was not able to lower it on the controls. cups but no coffee maker; this hotel must serve the homeless because they said their clientele steal things; we had to give a $50 deposit and someone from the front desk had to go up to the room to make sure we did not trash it. The ONLY reason we stayed here was our reservation, made by our friends, was canceled @ AVID across the street and I got on hotels.com and booked closest accommodation. The room was totally unpleasant. Should be demolished. also cups, but no coffee maker! Deplorable. Your unsuspecting respectable traveler should never book here.
-
The door lock didn't work and half the safety catch was gone. There was no tv remote. There were cups, but no coffee maker. When I called to see when the continental breakfast was available I was told there wouldn't be one today because they didn't have anything to put out.
-
DO NOT STAY HERE! BOOKED ONLINE AND WHEN ARRIVED THE ROOM WAS NOT LIKE WHAT WAS PICTURED! BED WAS DIRTY, ROOM STUNK REALLY BAD.
-
It was super sketchy. Our outside door wouldnt lock, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor, the toilet made noise all night, terrible lighting, no toilet paper, minimal tissues, and loud neighbors/homeless people.
-
I asked to get house keeping after 5 days and never had room cleaned, maintenance doesn’t fix anything I door would close and lock but it was on there list to be fixed never got fixed.had a power issue for over 24 hours and never got a discounted rate during the power issue had no air conditioning,no television,no hot water and limited lights in room would never recommend that place to anyone stay away
