Clean and comfy

The hotel is fine Front desk over charged me for three days when I stayed one, then wouldn't help remedy the situation

The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The free breakfast was amazing. only one thing no one clean my room Sat morning.

Breakfast was not great: it appeared that pancakes were warmed up from the frozen ones, the same was probably done for the pork patties, almost no fruits and if they were there, they were not very fresh. Blanket was old and already started to smell. Carpet was not very clean. The coffee maker was not working properly. The pool had weird soapy stuff in there.

There was a wet puddle near the elevators when we arrived, in the morning it had dried into a sticky spot on the floor. No one cleaned or tried to clean it up.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Great location for our needs. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. We did not try the pool. Breakfast was very basic and we had to ask several times for different items to be refilled. Our major issue was with housekeeping. Our room went untouched for 4 days. Our towels and bedding were never changed out and our garbage was never emptied. After our 4th night I asked the front desk for a changeover and I was told it would be taken care of. After spending the day away from the hotel we returned to our room door open. Bedding, towels, and garbage went untouched. We just received a new bar of soap on our sink. This left us with an extremely uneasy feeling the remainder of our stay. Thankfully everything was accounted for, but this was totally unacceptable. I alerted the front desk immediately, but to my disappointment, nothing was done.

Clean and quiet Good area and it’s near everything

The hotel is fair in term of location just close to the highway and the airport. In my years of travelling this the worst hotel with rude staff I have ever encountered. I checked in on April 30th and realised it wasn't the choice of hotel I was looking for, I requested the hotel staff to change my check out to 2nd May 2026 before checking in and He said no problem and it was effected. I checked out and realised I have been charged for the entire stay, and when I asked the staff said, don't worry our manager will assist you. Long story short, the manager was so rude, she started shouting and telling me to leave her propery since I booked with a third party or she will call security on me. She left me there standing and left the building and instructed the staff on duty not to assist me and sort with whoever I booked with and she's the manager and there's nothing I can do.

I stayed for a week, no make up room service. Have to request for new towels. Very angry to see room not tidy . Went to front desk to request and no action taken

The inn itself is clean, food receptionists very nice, but their supervisor is horrible, very disrespectful. We left our iPad in the side draw of the bed. We called them, the supervisor was very disrespectful saying they didn’t find it and the hotel is not responsible for anything we left behind, she said it not in a nice way and disrespectful manner. And hung up on me
