You only get a 30-minute late check out before they add additional charges.

Great experience! We will definitely use this hotel next time we are in the area.

Stayed for the weekend and truly enjoyed my stay! The amenities were wonderful and the property itself is just beautiful!
-
I really appreciate that they do not use plastic utensils and plates and other sustainability efforts.

Property was well maintained and clean. The major drawback is that the walls in the room are very thin and so it was very loud in terms of voices and footsteps from the hall and other rooms.

We had a great stay here! Everything was immaculate. The room was perfect for us! It was very quiet and extremely clean. The breakfast was also very good! Will stay here again

When we arrived on Friday July 3rd, we found that the door to our room was broken, would not lock. Asked front desk to have it fixed or change rooms. We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund, due to the fact that it was less than 24 hours. She would not do that. Also, both elevators were out-of-service and we were told that they could not get maintenance for the elevators until Monday either. We would need to use the stairs. After carrying our luggage down from the 4th floor, she said that all of a sudden they had a room available on the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggage back up the stairs. The hotel itself is nice, modern furnishings, wood floors, good breakfast choices, but the service is terrible. I would expect a hotel like Hilton to have on-call maintenance for any issues that come up, like broken locks and elevators.

Clean. Nice.

Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.

Premises well maintained.Parking free and plentiful.Breakfast was good,I like that it runs later on weekends! I do however miss having drawers and closets! Everything out in the open or stays in suitcase(?).

We have never encountered that before!
-
Very reasonable price with good amenities
-
First room was not clean (bathroom) and we were moved to a clean room. Rooms are small but efficient.

Ready to go

Great staff, and great property, but very limited in local dining, especially if you get in later. Some fast food locations looked so dilapidated, I thought they were abandoned. No kitchenette at this stay. Expect to visit the next town Portage for any supplies.

Great place in all aspects!

Exactly what we needed.

Exceptional

Had a nice stay. Enjoyed the pool table.

Very nice, new and modern. Excellent big breakfast with lots to choose from. Bed sheets were dirty and appeared to be slept in. Had to call for clean sheets. Floor and items in room seemed a bit dirty. Like someone was in there before us then changed rooms or something. Parking lot not super lit up at night. Went to my car late and was a bit nervous
