We had a great stay hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice.
-
Breakfast buffet was good.
-
I would not recommend this place. They do not keep their promises. A staff at the desk, especially the lady manager, is very rude.

I am not a hotel snob. I usually know what I am getting myself but this hotel was just something else. So much so that my family only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we booked and drove back to our home. Room 28 smelled like cigarettes, there was chipping paint on the walls, mold on the bathroom walls, spiders in the corner of the wall. The beds, when you pulled the covers back were disgusting. The AC unit sounded like it was dying the whole time being used. There was an issue with their washing machine and they were using a landscape paver to prop it up (seemed safe, I guess). Not recommended.

Horrible
-
The ac was broken, the ice maker was shut off, the breakfast was minimal.
-
It only got a 3 star rating because of okay comfort bed. Breakfast was included but not good. Whole place was dirty and smelled.
-
Outside looked very nice. The rest was just “meh” Outdated. Rooms were a little beat up. Service wasn’t great. Needs renovation
-
They gave me an old room on the first floor after I check out they had the audacity to say I stole a bath mat and I didn’t even bring no bags wit me

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was trouble accessing the pool (card wouldn't work) and a strong smell of marijuana in our hallway, which did drift into the room. Not sure that staff could have done anything about the marijuana smell though. I should have requested a new room so that's on me. Hotel is on the older side, but they were doing renovations.

Room had a smell upon arrival, noticed some stains n even a bug
-
During one of the storms, the sprinkler system leaked all over the bed. We were on the 3rd floor with pets when I had asked for a lower level room.
-
Not too expensive. Big rooms. Mostly soundproof. Everything works. The bright white lamps in the room are horrible. I have to bring my own incandescent LED bulbs. They need to go more for it incandescent type of glow to make the room feel warmer, than industrial. The ceiling was peeling good places. And the door seal was coming off of my door. But overall, the room was acceptable.M.

It was close to where we needed to be. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was bad. The rug had many dark stains, the chair also have obvious dark stains. The night stand drawer was broken. The dresser had two obvious broken drawers. The microwave handle was attached at only one end and obviously broken. The shower soap dish was scummy. The water came out brown when first turned on. There were no working ice machines on any floor.

The hotel overall was quite nice. The room was a good size and there were large grass patches to walk the dogs. There was breakfast as well as free WiFi which was nice. All the ice machines were broken. The washer and dryer were not in working order. They were having pipes repaired so there were several times the water was shut off and when it came back on- it was yellow. Even after letting it run for a bit it would still be yellow. There was NO housekeeping. We stayed for almost a week and even after pointing out that no one had been in to clean our room and being told that it was noted and would be taken care of- still nothing. We had to bag up our trash and throw it in a trash can outside. We also had to go down with all dirty towels and request new ones. The wifi would cut on and off. There were people living in their cars in the parking lot and they would loiter outside the doors and occasionally hang out in the lounge area. One of these individual had a very poorly kept husky that had no manners and was dog reactive. The elevator doors would also open before you fully arrived to the floor- which was scary. Only 5 minutes from the expo center which was nice, but virtually no food options close by aside from Mcdonalds.

Bed was very comfortable. Eggs were cold both days even though one day they had just been put out. Need to have some sort of warming device. Bathroom door drags and needs adjustment. Room had no do not disturb sign.

Had a great stay, was in town for a dog show. Had our dogs with us as well as had several others in the hotel for the dog show as well. Never heard another dog or even person the whole time while inside so was very impressed that it was so quiet. The breakfast was decent. The down comfort was a bit discolored and kinda stained a bit but the sheets were nice crisp bright white. The room was clean and nice, there was some damage to the back of the bathroom door from a previous dog. The carpet was kinda sticky feeling like it had been cleaned and the soap was still in the carpet a bit. Overall I would stay there again if we were in the area for another dog show.

Same breakfast items each day, out of coffee two days, asked for 3 rooms close to each other, didn’t happen, requested first floor, didn’t happen? Made reservations long before the stay.
