Quality Inn Kalamazoo near Wings Stadium

Pleasant

Very good

When i woke up in the morning there was a big bug on the floor and the shower was not clean.

Good

Breakfast was provided at the work venue, so it was not applicable for me The property seems to be under repair and upgrading. There could be a place to hang cloths it did not hinder my stay.

The indoor pool area smelled very bad. It smelled like dead animal and it looked as if there was a film on top of the water. Didn’t look like it’s been cleaned or taken care of in a long time.

Location was fine and the bed was comfortable. It was a mostly clean throughout. Needs some updates to the rooms. The outlets in the room need updated. They were not able to keep things plugged in (like the charging box for phones). The room was huge, but everything was shoved over by the window so the person sleeping on that side had to crawl over the bed to get out. We pushed it over, but it was awkward. The blow dryer (I didn’t need or use) had hair stuck in it and had that burnt hair smell.

Room was clean but lack of furniture.

Eggs were bland, sausage was good, juice and coffee good. Location easy to get on and off expressway. Light in bathroom didn’t work and exhaust fan in bathroom was loud. No information on TV channels. Had to scroll thru everything to find the TV guide. Pillows were only half of a standard pillow and soft. Shower head low. Had to bend down to get head wet.

Good location The alarm clock in the hotel room run off at 12am. Waked us up from sleep.

When I booked the room I specifically asked for a first floor room to make it easier to transport my dog and her crate to the room. Instead I was on the 3rd floor which added a couple of trips.

This hotel was disgusting. The sheets, comforters, towels were stained and filthy. The tv did not work. We tried a 2nd room and it was filthy! We went to the front desk for a refund and they said we had to get in touch w booking.com. I emailed and called Booking.com and have not had a response as I was promised. Everything!! Everything, this hotel should not be in business, the place was filthy.

Sheets were nasty

Bad

The shower curtain needs to be replaced.

I appreciated the vinyl floors in the room - I could see they were clean. The staff was very accommodating. The shower curtain needs to be replaced.

The staff was very nice.

Just wished it had a microwave and refrigerator
