room was full of mold, place was filthy.

The people around the area are a sketchy. The hotel itself was very quiet and I liked the breakfast waffle maker.
-
A bit loud, right in the main drag, but that's not the hotel's fault. Friendly service. Good breakfast.
-
Overall all i can say is not bad at all.
-
No parking. Sink leaked all over counter top when in use. Stains on ceiling and walls. Big bug on wall upon arrival. Will not return to this hotel

Booked for WMU family weekend. Room had two SMALL double beds. There clearly was a chair missing next to lamp. Requested a roll away bed. Was told there was none. Husband called and they said they had one. He went down to get it. Came back with no roll away bed because he opened it and there were bugs!! Bedsheets so uncomfortable and even though there were no bugs in the room beds, I was up all night thinking there were!!!!!

Over all it was ok just the rooms were small and the TV was old, the ac didn't work appropriately and the door to the closet was so difficult to open. But it was so convenient for getting to Kalamazoo College that's the only thing I love about it.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Some things out of their control that the property manager should fix are: bathroom in the lobby permanently closed,(sign instructing not to use) doors other than the front door out of order, (sign instructing not to use) replace carpet in stairs or use a professional carpet cleaner- staff vacuumed and cleaned often, but there was a strong smell of deodorizer masking a worse smell. Bathrooms lack ventilation fans. We loved the location, generous refrigerator size, and friendliness of staff. Breakfast could use some gluten free options for cereal. Maybe some oatmeal and more than one kind of yogurt) Overall, a good value for the price.

Very comfortable and a good breakfast.

Clean rooms!!!

The tub was dirty and a small amount toilet paper in the bathroom. The towels were dingy, had holes and several big gray spots on them. My coffee had slimmy film floating on top of the cup. I point this out the front desk. She looked me and gave a roll of tissue. No apologies, but she was respectful. I will not be staying at another Comfort Inn or an Affiliate. I also took pictures

Rooms and breakfast were fine for the price. To many sketchy characters hanging around outside smoking weed and living in their cars.

But the hotel is very run down. Broken and loose tiles in bathroom, chipped toilet seat. Stained bed covers. The stairs and hallways carpet floor, stained and eroded. Breakfast was reasonably good. For a quick stay it made its role.

Did not like the pan handling when i went shopping.

Clean and quiet.

Towells and bath mat very warn and dingy. No water in the lobby and regular coffee always low.
-
Had an event in town and this was the most affordable option. Was pleasantly surprised. Normal hotel wear and tear, but excellent location and good price. Will likely stay here for future events.

2 bugs in our beds and staff mentioned there was no other spots available for us. we made this work, because we had no other options, but would request a refund for our stay. We were told it was a management decision, but he/she wouldnt be available until 9 a.m. We had to leave by 7 a.m. Please let us know how this can be resolved.

The cleaning crew were not friendly at all!
