Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection

Stayed here in June and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and personable! Not too bougie at all. The amenities were amazing and I’m certain we didn’t take full advantage of them all. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous property with a perfect beach view and beach walking path along the property. It has a perfect beach with sea turtles and nice snorkeling. really good food and restaurants.. only thing that was meh, was that the pool service doesn’t start till 11am. you can swim before that, but you can’t order drinks and have the good service until after 11am. This hotel has 3 pools and a nice spa w an ocean view. One of the pools is adult only pool so that’s nice if you’re not with kids. Golf is great corse w stunning views. We did both.

Stunningly well designed and maintained. Super relaxing. Extraordinary helpful and kind staff. Ridiculously good food. For us it was truly worth the marginal extra cost. When we went, it wasn't *that* much more expensive than the other properties but is by far the nicest. Nice snorkeling right off their beach which is one of the only sand beaches around. A large family pool and a very nice adult pool. Excellent rooms. Just beautiful.

No words to describe how perfect this place is, absolutely everything about it was outstanding!

The staff are all very helpful and courteous. Our room had a very nice partial ocean view. Dinner at the HaLani restaurant on our first night was excellent. This was a great place to stay, but a couple of things should be noted. We stayed at the property for 5 nights and for two of the days the swim up bar at the adult pool was closed. While service was provided poolside waiters, it seemed odd that the bar would be closed. We also went for lunch at the Surf Shack restaurant one day and their kitchen facility was out of order and their food menu was not available. The very different menu from the HaLani restaurant was used in its place. The hotel operates a complimentary courtesy Mercedes Benz loaner program, but only had one car in operation the one day I enquired. Minor issues aside, this was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely return.

Beautiful property with many thoughtful features - free bottled waters, kids eat free, complimentary snorkel gear and stand up paddle boards, complimentary 9-hole golf for kids, complimentary bikes, complimentary shuttle and more.

The four seasons hotel hualalai is the best service.

This is an impeccable property. The staff are all excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Access to snorkeling, bikes, and water. Activities is superb. And the property is very well-maintained.

We love this place. It’s truly paradise. The room itself and floor mats throughout the property need upgrading/updating

Lovely and cheerful staff . At all times, they were helpful as well as pleasant .

We enjoyed a top floor, ocean front room. It was quiet, serene, and was decorated beautifully. The staff was quite helpful and always friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Our second time coming because it’s just gorgeous. The Ocean view room is unbeatable and never gets old. We came a couple years ago and will admit the menu at most on site places was better back then, but overall, we love this place and will absolutely be back!

Mauna Lani is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and their subtle but amazing hospitality was wonderful. I just loved everything and the team was around to help with all our needs.
