Horrid experience. Super rude guest service lady, gave us keys to a room that people were already in. Room was the dirtiest I have ever seen in any hotel. Broken lock on our room door, broken tv in our room. Trash hotel. Do not stay there.

PLENTY, It was NYE and the hotel had no HEAT!!!!! No blankets in rooms. Ice machine on my floor (3) did not work had to go to the 6th floor. I requested receipt when I checked out but computers were down, they never emailed receipt. No apologies

Difficult parking

Hot water pressure is a major issue. There was insufficient pressure to take a shower in the morning so my wife ran a bath which took over 20 minutes to fill.

There was trash in the elevator at night that was still there in the morning

We had to pay almost double the price of the room from when we originally booked 3 months prior. We had to call maintenance multiple times because the heat did not work in our room. There was a constant buzzing noise that was never resolved. Just not good

My bathtub plug did not work for a bath. Then, the shower head was spraying all over the bathroom: the walls, floor, ceiling, toilet sink, mirror, etc when I tried to use the shower.... The bed skirt was also dirty (white blotches on the dark brown). Yuc

Room not clean and very dreary looking. Dirty under the bed and a cockroach in the bathroom when I pulled the bath rug down to use

Room was small and outdated

You should let people know when there is going to be a wedding reception one floor above you and that you are not going to get to sleep because of all the THUMPING!!! You could hear the music like we were in the reception.

Rooms were dirty old not updated at all. The east wing smells musty like mildew. No parking hotel had a wedding you could hear the dj Music vibrates the room 2 floors down.

room was in disrepair, sink drain was almost completely clogged, didn't seem to have quiet hours or many rules in general, very expensive room for the condition it was in

THE STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY, THERE WAS NO LATE CHECK OUT ON A MONDAY AFTER A LATE SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL GAME. THE TOLIET RAN ALL NIGHT. THEY ONLY HAD ONE SHUTTLE RUNNING TO THE GAME.

Rooms were dark, dingy and beds very uncomfortable. One of our parties rooms was not cleaned when he entered. No sheets or blankets were on the bed and garbages were full.

Pictures are not how it actually looks. Very uncomfortable beds, the springs were poking out on one side. My little boys feet were black just from walking aroung the room barefoot. In a very run down part of town.

Found and killed a roach in room. No sheets on bed. Just a mattress cover that was too small. No ventilation in bathroom. Waterpark closed without notice ahead of time. Which is why we choose to stay at your overpriced hotel.

The worse hotel i ever stay

You can tell it's a party hotel. There were splatters of liquid all over the elevator entrance. My room was only cleaned once. There were stains on the carpet.

Carpet needs changed out

This hotel is rundown and our room was very dusty,seemed like dust was coming from the ventilation system my husband is allergic to dust and he could not breathe he had to keep going outside for air. Also the water pressure was very weak in the bathroom.
