Super helpful staff for our staycation! Enjoyed the spa, fitness facilities and location. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

It was very clean and air seemed very clean. Beautiful lobby and atmosphere. Decent price too.

While I was excited to stay at your hotel, I was deeply disappointed to find that it heavily pumps synthetic fragrance into the main lobby. While some may view this as a branding choice, synthetic fragrances are a major health barrier. For individuals with fragrance sensitivities, asthma, or chronic migraines, and MCAS which are recognized disabilities, this environment triggers immediate physical distress. This includes respiratory issues and severe headaches. It unfortunately makes the lobby completely inaccessible as well as the rest of the businesses in that lower level next to the lobby. I urge management to consider the health of all patrons and switch to a scent-free environment or turn off the fragrance diffusers so everyone can safely access your business.

We loved everything about our stay at the cascade. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great! It is in a beautiful spot with great shopping and restaurants and you can easily walk to these areas. Can’t wait to come back !

Beautiful facility in an excellent location Nothing.....

Locaton was perfect. The property is beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. Our room overlooked downtown and was amazing.

We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.

Breakfast choices were great — loved my latte! Better pillows - never have enjoyed hotel pillows. I’m used to a pillow that provides coolness while I sleep.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable bed and nice mini fridge in room. Gym seemed well-equipped although I did not use during my stay it due to illness. Enjoyed the live music downstairs on Friday night; not sure if that’s a regular occurrence. Staff were all friendly throughout. The hotel has some nice aesthetic touches. The parking garage was reasonably priced and I was thrilled by the number of Tesla wall chargers they had available. I live in the area so it wasn’t a major point for me on this trip, but as someone who often road-trips with an EV, that is a standout amenity and would have easily influenced my decision towards this hotel in that case (although I do believe that some other nearby hotels offer this as well). It’s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although I was not able to enjoy that this time. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay on the plaza. But, the room was fairly cramped for the price and I would have liked to have a mid-tier option instead of going all the way to a suite which was about 2.5x the cost of a normal room. The restaurant had an OK breakfast, but I personally was not too impressed by the dinner options. I would have appreciated something more upscale within the hotel itself. And, it’s not a huge deal but I was hoping that there would be housekeeping staff to at least change sheets if requested in the afternoon; but I understand that might be more of a higher end hotel experience. In any case, this isn’t a luxury experience but a solid option for someone looking to stay in the heart of KC.

Rooms are always great! Front desk staff are always a pleasure. Normally the food is pretty good, but the food that was prepared Saturday was horrible. I ordered several different items they each were horrible.

High quality very thing you needed on site.
