The location was good. Noisy air conditioner and tje lighting in the room was awful! Bright white LEDs in fixtures that couldn't be dimmed. Also lots of extra charges.

Lovely room. Parking lot was difficult to manage. Food was average at best. Staff was delightful!!!

Staff and management lack of professionalism, staff stating just because check in begins at three does not mean there is a room available for you to check in to. Guarantee they ensure you check out at check out time though.

My friends and I love our stay here, steps away from the museums which we came here to see, the free street car in front of the hotel got us to restaurants and the river front.

Clean room. Only one thing is have to join the member to get free Wi-Fi.

I liked the loacation and the attentiveness of the staff. Unfortunately the temperature of the room didn't go below 77 degrees due to a faulty thermostat. So we notified the front desk who offered us another room at 2.00 AM. The new room had working airconditioning but it took about 1.5 hours to get cool. We had busy schedule the next day which started at 6.00 AM. Needless to say that we didn't have the most energy during the day and a long flight back home. The management should have a system in place to make sure that airconditioners in the hotel should work during a heat wave for a room that costs over $200.00 a night!

Overall great stay, as usual.

1. no free WiFi until you join the member however sign up was supper difficult 2. No bottle water in room - why this tiny service needs so much work. Just give it easily and freely bro!

Staff were very helpful. Anytime I had a question they responded promptly and respectfully. The Room was very clean. Also I love that you can catch the street car(free of charge)right out front. If you are looking for a fancy or modern upscale hotel, this won't meet that criteria. If those things don't matter this is a great hotel to stay.

We didn’t get the room we were paying for when we checked in. We also signed up for free breakfast and didn’t get that either. The staff was helpful to get our room changed, but the breakfasts were on us. No offense Expedia but you misrepresented what we were getting when we paid up front. Our stay ended up being good because of the helpful staff.
