Would highly recommend and when I make it back for another Royals game will stay again!

Our stay was great! We were pleasantly surprised that the Colombian Soccer Team was also staying there. Plenty security around the facility…..

Check-in was good. Room was very nice. Pretty cool that the Tunisian team was staying at the hotel. On our second day, our room was not made up until late afternoon. The parking garage is too tight. I'm sure you know that.

Great location in city. Comfortable room. The bar & grill was a nice surprise. Great staff.

The seat was great and convenient for getting around the city.

We didn’t were offered water bottles in the room. I normally expect water bottles at least for the first night but there was nothing.

Overall, the hotel room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. We booked this hotel room with breakfast included, but when we checked in there, they didn't give us the meal tickets. Then the next day morning when we went to eat the breakfast, they stopped us and asked for the meal tickets. We showed them our reservation record that included breakfast, but the dining hall staff member called the front desk and was told that they did not see we had paid breakfast. That was very annoying! Later when we went to the front desk and told them they did not give us meal tickets, the staff member still said he did not see we had paid breakfast on their record. After we showed him our reservation confirmation, he gave us the meal tickets, but advised us to tell Booking.com in the future to make sure to inform the hotel clearly about our reservation with breakfast included. We had no idea of what was going on, but only felt frustrated.

The hotel itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the housekeeping. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and I expected better attention to detail from a Marriott property. Despite the housekeeping issue, I would still recommend this hotel because of its outstanding location and overall quality.

It has been a long time since we stayed at a Marriott. If our experience was indicative of other Marriotts, we will be staying with them whenever possible. The room was clean and very comfortable. The elevators are screamin' fast! The front desk in particular was so helpful and so kind. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room and gave us coupons for the breakfast buffet (very good by the way). All completely unexpected. They really made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

When I was checking out one of the valas was rude about my car being out front I was just trying to wait patiently for my turn to return my things I didn't need an attitude

I got 8 bed bug bites in Room 600 that I stayed in.

Very nice aa always! Clean and convenient hotel. Amazing gym! Parking is $15-25 per night so keep that in mind
