Spark by Hilton Kansas City Plaza Streetcar

We were last minute as we were not sure we were going to stop in Kansas City. Glad a room was available. The front desk staff and the security guard were especially helpful and sooooo nice. Made our evening extra pleasant.

Love the remodel. Free parking too.

Not really much for the price! Parking sucks. Had a homeless man hit us up for money as soon as we walked out the front door.

Was very clean, great location and was able to get all over using the streetcar. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely no parking on the weekends, and not at all updated.

It is right by the railway trolley, which is great for checking out the Plaza, Union Station, Museum, and crown Center.

Nicole at the front desk was very helpful when we ordered food. The best thing about the hotel was the streetcar that ran right by it and we were able to get around easily

Amazing staff who are very willing to assist and answer questions. Very nice hotel. We've gone back multiple times because of this. Thank you Dean, Thank you Mary.

We stayed here for a Chief's game. The staff was friendly. It looks like they are working on improvements. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was minimal compared to other places you can stay, but the cost of the rooms was very reasonable. The parking lot on the premises is small so you will have to park in a different lot around the corner. The hotel had security there, maybe because it was a game day (Monday Night Football). It didn't take long to get to the stadium.

It was a short but nice stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am happy the elevator is being renovated. I will stay at this property when I return to Kansas City.

The only complaint is the continental breakfast was sparse.

This place was awesome but fell short on the breakfast-there are no hot items like waffles, eggs or such-just very continental. BUT it in no way lowers our great stay/esprcially the front desk staff.

After asking to be switched to the room we booked, we almost received the room we ordered. It was minus the sofabed we paid for. The last 3 nights were very nice. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dean was very helpful as was all the other staff at the front desk.

Great location lots of shopping, and things to visit.
