Aloft by Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza

Room issues -no closet- 1 hanger on the wall rod that served to hang something - dirty plastic set of 2 drawers -3/4 wall opening to bathroom. If light is on shines through to bed space -sink drain broken -seemingly throwaway furnishings, and rug

Superb

I liked the staff and the ambiance I also enjoyed my view for the room and the cleanliness of the property I did not like the fact that security came to my door knocking say my husband and myself were being loud when the only thing we were doing was talking and laughing watching a movie which was on low volume. It made the rest of the stay uncomfortable and a very bad experience.

The bartender was extremely nice

There wasn’t a hot breakfast option, just small grab and go items. I chose not to partake in these and instead visited local cafes. The air con unit in the room was super loud and woke me up multiple times each night, but it was too hot not to have the air con on.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, convenient location, available street parking

In the morning I was asking if I could order breakfast but was told the facility is down. The previous night when I checked in I wasn’t told so. Caused some inconvenience as I had a very tight schedule so had to skip breakfast.

Okay place to stay. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Good

All tge staff that work the front desk were so nice and was so friendly and helpful all the time. The night bartender could have been more friendly.

We enjoyed the location and really liked the staff. The in room air conditioner is a bit loud and makes it difficult for sleep. Clogged sink, but not too big of a problem.
