Aloft by Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza

Single front desk person in the evening, unable to help with housekeeping request

Room was bare bones. If all you want is a bed and bath, it's not bad at all.

Aloft was a beautiful hotel, however, Rooms were not ready when we arrived-30 minutes after the designated check-in time. I would have appreciated a bit more storage/closet space.

Another good stay at Aloft. This is my third time staying at this particular one and it was nice stay. Everything is clean, the staff is always so nice and helpful.

I also want to point out that when we arrived, they couldn’t locate our reservation. They stated that Expedia had not pushed our reservation through to the hotel booking system.

The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive. The only thing is that you just have to make sure you let the front desk know that you want your room cleaned every day in the morning.

Great location 5 min walk from plaza area always spaces in the parking lot staff friendly and helpful clean modern hotel would highly recommend it

Room was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was not really the best especially if you ended up in the parking garage. The enclosed area near the elevators in the parking garage were very dirty. Also every time you needed to use the elevators inside the hotel, you had to use a key.

The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.

Expensive parking in their lot. That said, there was plenty of on street parking available. No free breakfast but great breakfast sandwiches can be ordered from the desk and ready in a couple minutes. Rooms are small, and humid after taking a shower.

Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.

The fromt desk staff and cleaners were so friendly so helpful and I cant wait to just come by to say hello again. Will absolutley recommend to stay here. Great location. Special shout out to Chelsea for the sweetest check in And heartfelt send off.
