Love the pool! It was so nice on a hot day! Also really enjoyed the bar and easy walk to a lot of nice places to shop and eat.

Well I paid close to $600 for one night for 2 rooms and I only got 1 double and 1 king that I didn't ask for. It was my daughter birthday..my son had to sleep on the floor because the couch lead out bed didn't come out. When I pulled the covers back to go to bed there were small crumbs on the bed. As much as I paid it was not right. Make sure the sheets is clean for the next customer.

The hotel's air conditioning was not working through the night. It was very uncomfortable.

However this time the hot was was not hot till our last day. Shower water pressure was bad..

Poor setup of the property, Front Reception was always occupied to help customers. Cleaning service was hard to find

Our room, that could sleep six, was kind of small for 6. There were 3 of us and room for our stuff was at a premium. We had a couple of problems that maintenance took care of promptly. Host at breakfast was very helpful. This hotel is within walking distance of shopping and food services. The plaza felt safe to walk even at night. The valet guys were terrific!
