Great place to stay! Will come back here no questions asked. It’s worth the price.

Complimentary breakfast would make this hotel better but it was great and better than any but the Raphael nearby. We'll likely stay here the next time we are in KC.

Every thing was fine except the plumbing. The toilets were so low and with nothing to help like a bar or something. Our bathroom sink drained so so slow. The shower in the other room almost overflowed. A nice guy fixed the shower. Your employees were great.

Very professional staff, clean rooms and lovely gym

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will remember our trip for a long time and hope to return some time in the future. Thanks to all who made our stay memorable.

Staff was great a check in, very informative and helpful. Location is close to all the restaurants in the plaza.

Bed was the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel. Room was clean, hotel was nice. Valet parking was quick and had no issues. Ate at the restaurant, it was very good. Overall, had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location in the Plaza

Needs some upgrades, but good location

The location was the perfect proximity to all things on the plaza. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was just exceptional.

The room was very accommodating and the bed was comfortable. We liked the seating area with TV. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well but it wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel location is close to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The bar and restaurant food was good and the service was efficient. Parking per day in the garage was high, but we expected it might be. This is an older hotel, but well maintained and room updates are modern.

Bartender Simone was amazing!!!!!! The rest of the staff was great as well and the location is perfect

Clean room great service

Maid service was subpar, for being a Hilton property we were surprised when we came in thier computers were down, couldn't check us in even if we weren't early which we were. they don't even give you more water. You get 2 bottles of water per stay?? I asked for more, the concierge reluctantly gave me 2 more as he made sure I knew I could buy some from their shop. Ive had better stays at a Motel. Maybe just me, but those little touches like anticipating your guests needs has to be a part of the structure somewhere

The shower could use a little extra cleaning and the parking garage could use a sweeping.

Nice stay!

Great stay! We even stayed an extra day. We bought something that required batteries and the front day just gave us some. Unique layout of the king size suite was very enjoyable! Only slight complaint was the bed that was too soft for our liking. Even the room service was great! Staff was very friendly.
