Great place to stay. Location great , Great experience

Room was clean and had all the items we needed. Parking was a bit of a challenge as we were in a larger vehicle and space was limited and over packed. Getting out this morning required multiple maneuvers to get out safely.

I liked that it was close to the shops and easy to get to Terrible terrible parking especially for having to pay per night and not guaranteed a parking spot

It was a good stay. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was great. The room was clean. The mattress on the trundle was not great and had stains but other than that it was a great stay.

I had a great experience with SpringHill. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check in, the staff was kind and helpful, the exercise room had a plethora of equipment to use, and the room was very clean and additionally furnished with a minifridge and microwave. The only subpar aspects were the $22/car parking fee and an ill-stocked continental breakfast bar. I'd definitely stay here again, but I'd look into parking additional cars elsewhere.

The room was decent size. Parking was horrible, breakfast was disappointing, the room was dirty. The mattress had pee stains and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

Staying here was delightful from the beginning. A few details that stood out to me; - sound between rooms was low to none - property was very up kept and attended to - representatives for business were top tier Staying here was very pleasurable and I am more than satisfied with the services provided, I have already decided I would love to come visit this area in the future if life allows and I won't look anywhere different to call home for a few days! A few things that could be improved are as follows; - the amount of people and time used for cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, laundering and caring to all aspects of cleanliness which isn't any task to take lightly (especially in a place that is very popular with heavy use). While most of the rooms basics and beyond were very clean and ready for customer, several things throughout the property are in need of special attention (deep clean).
